Company Overview

Myhomepalm Integrated Sdn Bhd is the leading solution provider of Water Treatment and
Environmental Water Harvesting (Rain/Grey/Lake Water Harvesting) in Malaysia. Being a Platinum
Dealer of Pentair Residential Filtration (A joint venture between GE Water & Process Technologies and
Pentair) and the Master Dealer of Rain Harvesting Australia Pte Ltd, we have one of the most
comprehensive and proven solution to harvesting Rain /Grey Water to suit our clients’ requirement in
the country. The innovative components supplied are strictly certified by International organization and
passed the stringent guidelines of NSF, Water Quality Association and other Health Authorities of
respective countries of manufacturing. Being in the technical field of water engineering, we are
supported by GE / Pentair engineers worldwide and this has been the cornerstone of our company
expansion in designing some of the most complex water conservation system.

In recent years, climate changes and water shortages are widely heard of across the world. No doubt
Rainwater Harvesting became the sustainable alternative, but most systems were designed to meet the
requirements of landscaping and coarse washing purposes. The innovative Idea House by Sime Darby
Property has spearheaded water conservation to its fullest potential by harvesting both Rain and Grey
Water. Using the advanced technological products by Pentair Residential Filtration (A joint venture
between GE Water & Process Technologies and Pentair), water treatment such as GE Homespring™ is
able to treat contaminated water source to drinkable water quality and completely chemical free. Idea
House is designed to capture Rain Water from the roof and the surface run off within selected areas and
transforming the water to serve the entire domestic usage except for the Kitchen tap. Such system
involves GE Homespring™, a Microbiological water treatment system that can deliver an unparallel
quality and performance that blocks away pathogens such as Bacteria, Viruses and Parasites up to
99.9999%. The system is tested and certified by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation, International) and
WQA (Water Quality Association) and is widely used in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia in
treating Rain Water before the usage point, thus saving and recycling water to its fullest potential. It can
also be seen in some relief projects of earthquake victims during the catastrophic disaster in Sichuan,
China and Haiti in treating Ground Water.

Another aspect of Rain Water Harvesting that is revolutionary for Idea House is the automation of water
usage. Unlike the conventional Rain Water Harvesting system that is manually managed during draught
period, Idea House is fully automated using Pentair Onga Rain Water Switch that is widely used in
countries such as Australia and United Kingdom to ease the overall operation and convenience of Rain
Water usage. Pentair Onga Rain Water Switch automates water switching between rain water and
municipal water. This smart system is designed to draw the water from the rain tank and only when the
rain water level is low within the Rain Tank, it automatically switches to the municipal water. This
system provides the full automation and hassle free to the users even when there is a power failure.
Being ‘Green’ in mind, the Rain Water Switch is designed to only consume electricity when Rain Water is
in used, thereby playing the secondary role in environmental conservation.

Apart from Rain Water Harvesting, Idea House’s water conservation also involves Grey Water Harvesting
in capturing used Bathroom water to irrigate the landscape. The water is treated and automated to
irrigate the landscape on a daily basis, thus reducing the need of potable water demand.
