Note: Thank your time. The purpose of this evaluation is to discover the best way to execute
and promote your event.

1. The first part of the questionnaire will focus on basic demographic information.
2. The second part of the questionnaire will focus on event marketing.
3. The third part of the questionnaire will focus on specific event goals.

purchase their event ticket one week even up to days before an event, even if
they have known about it for weeks. The trick is…keep promoting).

you can promote?
d. How often do you highlight and link the website(s) to people who are a part of
the event and/or supporting the event?

b. Have other bloggers, online media, expert partners written about this event?
c. Do you have radio voiceovers or video promos of the event?

a. What makes this noteworthy?
b. How will this event help people?
c. What will people experience after attending this event?
6. Similar Events
a. Is there an event similar to yours that you liked? What was it?
b. Is your event conflicting with another bigger (similar) event at the same time?
c. Have you seen flyers and marketing at other events similar to yours that you
liked? Upload them with this assessment!
