1. Diagnosis
The first of the steps to create projects is the diagnosis, it is a precise and vital step in
the development of projects that must be taken into account in the subsequent stages
of the project, either as a start phase or as a reference study in the points next.
Every diagnosis aims to obtain knowledge that allows us to design changes aimed at
solving problems or meet needs that we have detected in a community.
Any diagnosis is a process of analysis and synthesis of a social reality, of a problem
or need detected. It must make a description of the different components of that social
reality, in addition to determining the link between the different elements of the
problem.
2. Idea of Project
Idea: abstract representation of a real or unreal thing (opinion or judgment) that forms
in the mind of a person project idea. It consists of establishing the need or opportunity
from which is possibleto start the project design. Conception of the idea of a project A
project is a response to the conception of an "idea" that seeks to solve a problem or
how to take advantage of a business opportunity. We all come to have a good idea at
some point, this may arise by chance, as the result of a "brainstorming" or a long
analysis process. But why then we feel that good ideas are scarce. What happens is
that not everyone is willing to make the great effort that demands to capture an idea in
a real project.
3. Profile Poject
A project profile is a simplified description of a project. In addition to defining the
purpose and ownership of the project, it presents a first estimate of the required
activities and the total investment that will be needed, as well as the annual operating
costs, and, in the case of projects aimed at generating income, of the annual income.
The profile is a simplified description in several ways; costs may not yet be well defined,
minor items may be excluded, and assumptions about the demand for the result of the
investment - be it an infrastructure for childcare, a bridge, or canned vegetables - are
probably just that: assumptions.
4. Definition Proyect
A project is a set of related activities for pursuing a common goal, in a specific period
of time and under specific requirements.
The projects are unique and as such they are formed by a team of collaborators that
will execute the activities of the same with necessary and available resources.
Hence, the project definition encompasses a series of elements that are different from
each other, with different nature and disparate interests. The management of all these
aspects, with the purpose of take advantage of resources and obtain the maximum
benefits in a specific period of time, corresponds to the Project Manager.
5. Nature of the Proyect
In this section we will identify the central problem that we want to solve with the
development of the project, scope and sector that it covers, purpose you have, etc.
in such a way that a person who wants to know about it can know its essence when
reading this section.
Nature is a brief description of the project, and we will expand the information along
the same by completing the rest of the sections.

6. Character of a Project
Character of a Project: Refers to whether the project is considered economic or social.
 Economical: based on an effective demand capable of paying the price of the
good or service that the project produces.
 Social: if this price or a part of it will be paid by the community, through taxes,
subsidies, etc.

7. Result of the Project

Expected results or goals The goals or expected results are the tangible products that
the project itself must produce to achieve its objectives. Therefore, for each of the
specific objectives of the project, the expected results or corresponding goals must be
defined in verifiable and quantifiable terms (physical or monetary, absolute or relative
magnitudes), in such a way that it can be determined whether or not they have been
reached ( or to what extent they have been reached), that their quality is verifiable, and
specifying the opportunity in which they should occur. The clarity in the definition of the
results will facilitate the planning and sizing of the activities, and fundamentally, will
guide the subsequent execution of the project and its monitoring and supervision.
8. Clacification of the Proyect
A project consists of the application of knowledge, tools and techniques to find an
adequate response to the approach of a human need for example food, employment,
housing, recreation, education, health, politics, defense, culture.
Every project must involve a development focused primarily on human well-being such
as:
 A socially productive work that makes individuals feel useful to society
and to themselves.
 A level of satisfactory and equitable income.
 An adequate level of nutrition and food.
 An adequate level of housing.
 An adequate level of education and culture so that individuals can
understand the economic-social and political reality that surrounds them and allows
them to continuously improve their knowledge.
 An adequate level in health and social protection.
 An adequate level of social and political participation so that all
individuals can influence the decisions that affect their lives. In addition, this
development process must allow the environment or area of influence of the
project, maintain an efficient control of its own resources, an independence in its
decisions and preserve the environment for future generations.

9. Importance of Project
The importance of Project is a list of benefits, with they the peoples can see, the results,
and determine whether the Project is funtional for the people.
