One body earthing rod removed from the place
so the soil was diged by manually and filled the
6 LC 3 Transformer earthing chemical Powder with water after that
the earthing rod was fixed into the ground. The
earth value is 8.3 ohms. Yesterday fixed earth
pit value is 44 ohms. The earth Value improving
Transformer neutral earthing resistance value
7 LC 3 Transformer checked by added earthing chemical powder
.and its value checked in mesh mode. Value is
3.24 ohms.so earth value improving process is
Tyre no.3 RTD- 9,10,11,12 Cable rerouting work
8 Kiln Platform is underprogress.cable tray removed and G.I
pipe used for RTD cable.

Supply given to the Thruster Pump, pump is
125 KVA DG, 380 KVA DG, DG synchronizing
panel, power distribution panel cables were
disconnected and shifted from LT DG room to HT
DG shade.
500 TR1-Kiln thrust roller hydraulic jac mounted and bolts
fixed. Trial taken and pressure tested up to 60kg/cm²,
(operating pressure-70kg/cm².)kiln movement 15mm
upward for test.
Kiln third tyer supporting roller water pipe line main header
modification work is in progress.
CCR emergency exit stair case hand railing 3 mtrs
complete, work is in progress.
Cement mill building 2 nd floor hand railing work is in
progress, 4 mtrs. Complete.
CM main gear box and HP pump cleaning
Blending silo stair case hand railling work 2 stage 3mtrs
complte, work is in progress.
