Siebel CRM Professional Edition can also be used in conjunction Oracle’s hosted
contact center offering, Contact On Demand, allowing SMB customers to enjoy the
benefits of advanced contact center features such as Integrated Voice Response,
Automated Call Routing, screen pops and offsite call routing, while avoiding the
expense and complexity of acquiring and implementing these telecom products
which are beyond the budget of a typical of most SMB’s.

Six additional modules can be added to the base sales application at no incremental
cost. Examples of these modules include Siebel Forecasting, Siebel Incentive
Compensation Management, Siebel Quotes and Order Capture, Siebel Dynamic
Catalog and Siebel Target Account Selling. Collectively, these modules represent a
complete sales solution set and allow small and midsize businesses to drive best-
practice sales processes throughout their sales organization.

Siebel CRM Service Professional Edition allows service agents of small and midsize
companies to solve customer problems in a highly efficient and effective manner,
with comprehensive service request and solution management, as well as asset
tracking. Complete customer service is made possible with integrated account and
contact management. Powerful workflow technology helps managers track and
improve service performance trends, resulting in greater customer satisfaction and
loyalty. With Siebel CRM Service Professional Edition, customer agents interact
quickly and consistently across a broad range of communication channels, such as
telephone, e-mail, fax, and paging. Service representatives become productive faster,

conjunction with the base Sales application (see above). In this way, marketing
managers can access deep marketing capabilities in conjunction with the powerful

Additional marketing capabilities for Siebel Email Marketing and Siebel Web
Marketing can also be added to the Siebel CRM Marketing Automation Professional
Edition extending the reach of your marketing organization to the Internet.
Add-On Modules
Siebel CRM Professional Edition offers add-on modules to supplement the Sales,
Service, or Marketing Automation base applications. Examples of add-on modules
include Siebel Asset Management, Siebel Content Center, Siebel Correspondence,
Siebel Data Quality, Dun and Bradstreet, Siebel Time & Expense Reporting, Siebel
Proposals and Presentations and Siebel Handheld, Siebel Wireless. These add-on
modules have been designed to expand the functional breadth of any base
application while providing customers with options related to the mobile platforms
on which they deploy Siebel CRM Professional Edition. Collectively, they provide
small and midsize businesses with the full CRM functionality they need for running
their businesses.
For example, Life Sciences customers can use Siebel Adverse Events and
Complaints module to manage FDA’s mandatory regulatory reporting requirements.
Industry specific modules are available in all the industry editions – Siebel Trade
Promotion, Siebel Sales Volume Planning and Siebel Inventory and Order
Management for Consumer Goods companies; Siebel Credit Origination, Siebel
Investment Banking and Siebel Wealth Management for Financial Services; Siebel
Credit Management and Fraud Management for Communications and Media
companies.
All together, Siebel CRM Professional Edition provides an additional 100 industry
specific modules allowing customers to tailor with CRM solution to their specific
industry without having to resort customization, ensuring better product fit and
preserving ease of upgradeability.
