pleased to announce a Judgment in FIR NO.41/2012 and in lieu
thereof an Interim Charge Sheet was submitted by the ANF. The
Judgment was assailed before the Honorable Lahore High Court,
Rawalpindi Bench through Criminal Appeal. 684/2018 and
operation of paragraph Nos. 46 and 60 were suspended by an
order 25-09-2018.

2. That this Honorable Court has issued Notices on

24-09-2018 to the accused persons. In view of Order dated
25-09-2018 It is therefore prayed that the Order dated 24-09-2018
may be suspended/recalled.
