The author is in no way affiliated with AT&T.
Although the author has tried to be as accurate as possible, errors are possible.
I could not find a telephone star code guide like the above. So, I made this one, to
summarize all the common Vertical Service Codes. I hope that it helps you. Especially,
since AT&T does NOT provide the codes online.

FiOS Phone STAR CODES Cheat Sheet
Verizon Phone users - here's something to staple next to your phone :-)
Trying to remember all the * (STAR) codes for using the various features of your phone
services?
Everyonce in ahile they can drive you crazy, so I found this list over at BellSouth today,
and it’s the best I’ve ever seen. NOte that some telephone networks may use alternate
dialing codes than these, however these are the “official” StarCodes of the AT&T Bell
System (as an International Standard).
Remember, you can quite often save lots on your traditional telephone service if you have
broadband cable access in your home. By picking up a (usually) free router with either
Vonage, Packet 8, Lingo or another VOIP based service built-in, then you can connect
traditional telephones with the same number you already have, and tons more features,
free long distance (with Lingo, you can call the US, Canada, Mexico and UK for FREE!).
Some features may not be available in all areas or with some types
of service. Click an item to view the cost and availability in
your area. Some features require subscription to the service or
may incur a usage fee. After clicking an item, look for Per Use
charges in the Description and Features section of the new window.
Telephone * Star Codes
Many a successful phone prank might start with knowing the Bell Telephone Star Codes.
These codes are in use on land lines in the US and any other country that has adopted
them.
These also work with most cellular phones. However, you may want to check with the
provider for more information.
There are so many possibilities, I can't list them all. Here are the full list of phone *
codes.
The big thing about star/pound codes is that they can vary depending on which network
you're using and where you're at. In this example, the customer was using Bell Mobility,
which is a Canadian cellular provider, more than likely *677 will not work in the United
States. Or it may, but only on certain networks in certain areas.
Where I live, on the CellularONE network, these are the star/pound codes available to
subscribers:
*46-Kansas Highway Patrol Dispatch
*47-Kansas Highway Patrol (this code is not available in all areas of Kansas)
*55-Missouri Highway Patrol
*582-Kansas Turnpike Authority
*104-KXBZ Radio
*1220-KOFO Radio
*1350-KROQ/KMAN/KNBZ Radio
*1017-KVOE FM Radio
*1400-KVOE AM Radio
*910-KINA Radio
*1079-KSOK Radio
I e-mailed T-Mobile Customer Service to see if they had any star/pound codes available
for my area at this time. This is the information I initially got:
