    That we are the heirs of X, the owner of the lot with Certificate of Title A and Cad Lot
    No. 313,Pls-466 under Tax Dec No. B located at C.

    That Y of Mamanga Daku Plaridel Misamis Occidental borrowed money from the Rural
    Bank of Calamba with the above-mentioned lot as collateral.

    We hereby submit a letter of intent expressing our interest to reacquire the said
    property and asked a complete detail of the total obligations we are ought to pay.
