INTODUCTION
Mostly dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are used separately because of their uses
and function is different but the problem Is that detergent are made by some ingredients while
making dish awash detergent liquids. We used sodium and sulfate for dish wash detergent
which is this harmful for the other detergent available in the market. And when we are making
laundry detergents the ingredients are different from dishwasher detergents. We used alkali or
selohonates. The formal trend to cause more foaming which people generally associate with
better quality detergent.

Since washing dishes is a much more facilitate tactile experience then washing clothes. The
biggest difference is in laundry detergent is to handle the variety of different stains and soil sits
on your clothes. You want find that the these dishes because things like wine and grass don’t
tend to find their way on to your plates but sodium an potation are also used for remove
oiliness. That’s why we used one liquid for both functions that used is household for laundry
and crockery. All detergents have common ingredients that a called surfactant. They are design
for a common purpose is to cleaning detergent. Provide way to remove dirt, stains and germs
like bacteria and e-coil.

The purpose of introducing the product in the market to facilitate the middle class families who
can’t afford laundry detergents the benefits for those people to purchase one bottle of ultra-
wash that use in two purposes of cleaning laundry and crockery and they also have a cost
reduction rather than purchasing two bottles of detergents they only purchase ultra-wash.

PRODUCTION PLAN
Production plan is a process in which we decide how to produce a product. For making
the ultra-wash there is a PH scale start from 1-14 the scale 1-7 is acidic which is harmful
and 7-14 scale is neutral which we use for our production process.

 Combine LAS, H20, NoaH, Fats, TEA & Zemea


 Stive at 70 degree centigrade
 Add Tergilol
 Add melt faty acids
 Slowly add KOH
 Slowly add citric acid
 Cool below 30 degree centigrade
 Add enzynmes, fragrance and dye

PRODUCT/SERVICES

PRODUCT
The product we are introducing is a cleaning liquid for crockery and laundry. The product is a
combination of two different products and we summarize it in one liquid but it used in two
functions. The product is avail in different sizes 250ml, 500ml, 1liter. And also provide in a
sachet in 100ml. That will help to target the lower class.

TARGET MARKET
To introducing that product in a market our target is a middle class household. Because they
are cost efficient peoples.

SEGMENTATION
The process of defining and sub dividing a large homogenous market in to clearly identify able
segments having similar needs wands and demands.

Basically four segments are used in segmentation markets but our product is only target
behavioral and geographical segments. We used geographic segmentation because of middle
class household that consist on areas. And we are also using behavioral segmentation. Because
middle class household create strong and long lasting relation with product rather than the
upper class for switching one product to another
MARKETING STRATEGY
It is always an integral part of market plain to target the rite audience you cannot simply go out
challenges existing big players first you need to make your own place by slowly and gradually
creating your own market. The 4ps also known as price, place, product, and promotion. Is good
strategy design as an easy way to turn marketing planning into practices. Another thing you
should keep in mind is that ultra-wash is a household product and it should reach the mass in
order to gain the popularity. Make sure that your detergent is good enough to promote among
middle class housewives especially in Pakistan market. So that it can take place in their over the
wall discussion. Promotional campaigns may also include door to door offer which is a good
strategy for Pakistan market. As this way you can have to world with prospects directly and
show them a demo if you get a chance

PRODUCT
Ultra wash going tom introduce as detergent and dishwasher liquid and is projected as brand
that granted clean and whites clothes and skin free crockery varieties of ultra-wash will be
launched for font load and top load categories of washing machines.

PLACE
Ultra wash is going to be launched on 3rd may 2018 at university of education Multan campus
Pakistan. In the supervision Mr Ammar Haider. Ultra wash takes help of its parent institution to
launched products in consumer market. Its intensive distribution channel includes services of
regional distribution and common distribution along with whole scales to reach the customer
via discount store continence stores and corner shops. It is also [possible to buy ultra-wash
online from numerous shopping portals.
PRICE
Ultra wash has targeted every household in Pakistan as its potential customers. In order to
meet various needs of customers. The company wills also launched sachets of different size so
that a person can buy easily according to current requirements and affordability

For Example; Middle class and lower middle class prefer 50gm and 25gm and 115gm sachets.
Ultra wash is a premium brand with a high end product. It will first adopt a mix premium pricing
policies as it will be a new product a lot of committers. It preceded value in the market will be
very high and the mid premium rate will help in attaining a large customer bases ultra-wash will
implement promotional polices and regular internal and will offer monitory discount.

PROMOTION
Ultra wash will lunched aggressive add campaigns that will successfully attract the interest of
masses one of its commercial will encages children to go out and play without the tension of
getting dirty because the brand will have their Bach by super clean wash and people with eat
and use the crockery freely without the hesitation of stains.

Power of supplier increases the cost of the distributed because the companies or
business deal with different suppliers to purchase inventory that increase the cost of the
organization. If the organization or business deal with only one distributor who has the
power to provide all the inventories for your product that reduces the cost of business
and that required a strong relationship with the distributor or suppliers because the
supplier provides the information for your product that has demand in a specific area.
BUYER POWER
Its depend on the quality of the product that influence customer to switch from
competitors product to our product. The better the product efficiency greater the
positioning in the mind of our customer. If the product satisfied our customer it effect
on the market where the product is running and the customer spread positive word of
mouth about our product.
Threat of substitution
Threat of substitution is everywhere in the market but in our product we provide the
solution which is used for two purposes crockery and laundry washes. So our product has least
amount of threat for business and customer for finding the substitute of ultra-wash.

Competitor enters in the market for seeing the business or our competitors but if the
quality and the cost of our product is not compatible for our competitors for producing
the same quality product. So it reduces the threat entering the new business in a
market.

A Ultra wash provide a liquid that has a two in one functions that make it better than its
competitors and make it different for others. And this theory reduces the competence
of the competitors in the market. Because ultra-wash has a low prices that ditch the
positioning of competitors in the market.

industry or a similar industry which offers a similar product or services. In competitors
process if there is one or more competitors in the business that will reduce the cost of
product. Every competitors try to perform more efficient then their competitor. But
now there is no competitor for a product in a domestic level that will help us to cover all
market. While we are talking about international market level competition there is none
competitor that are situated in India that competitors provide same type of product that
it works in domestic level

An effective positioning strategy define the strength and weakness of the organization
or product the purpose of the positioning strategy is that it allows the company to
spotlight specific areas where we can out shine and beat the competition. A product
positioning strategy is affected by a number of variables related to the customer
motivations and requirements as well as by competitor actions.

HOW WE CREATE POSITIONING?


In domestic level there is no competitor of our products that is easy to create
positioning in consumer mind. But when we a talk about international level positioning
that is difficult but possible.
There are some steps used for positioning.
 Create a positioning statement.
 Test your positioning statement.
 Use positioning statement.
 Create image marketing materials include your team in the image of
market.

Financial justification is the process which we decide how efficient use of our resources.
Financial justification is a process by which we determined whether or not a specific investment
is a wise financial decision. It also define if the investment Is in the best vies of business funds

responsibility of ultra-wash they work on the feedback comes from our customer and work on
it to make the better product in the future.

EXIST STRATEGY
The ultra-wash is too confident about the product but if the circumstances of market is not in
the favor of ultra-wash then the exit strategy of ultra-wash is to sell the business to one of our
family member just because the struggle behind the ultra-wash in the favor of our family
member they work on it to make it better for our customer in the future.
