WELCOME (/) ABOUT (/ABOUT.HTML) INVITATIONS (/INVITATIONS.HTML) ACCESSORIES (/ACCESSORIES.HTML) LOVE (/LOVE.HTML)
I recently became aware of several other invitation designers that have illegally stolen content from my site word for word.
I am the original author and copyright holder all of content (images, artwork, designs and text including the design process and terms) published on
www.lovejessica.com. Please be original, do not copy. After all, isn't that the point of what we do?
Design
Wedding invitation design generally begins 2 - 4 months in advance of when you need to receive the invitations. When you request timing for order completion, keep in mind that wedding
invitations are typically sent 8 weeks prior to the event. After receiving your deposit I will provide you with design concepts in a digital PDF format. All proofs are done through email unless
other arrangements are made. The invitation design will come rst so that an overall look is established. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make changes until you are
satis ed. Depending on your wedding date and project timeline, the process may slow at this point.
Design for wedding day items such as programs, place cards, table number, etc. will generally take place in the months and weeks leading up to your wedding after we have established your
nal invitation design. All other invitations, announcements and stationery are generally designed and created within a month or two of when you would like to receive them. Please contact
me in advance to ensure my availability. Please note that in order to begin the design process I ask that you provide the necessary wording information. I will provide you with wording
resources to help get you started.
Order Completion
As the project is nished, I will contact you to schedule a pick up time or make arrangements for shipping your order.
I will send you a nal invoice that includes tax and shipping at the completion of each project. Final payments are due prior to shipping or at the time of pick-up.
Quantities
There are no set quantities for the majority of styles that I o er. However, once you have approved your nal proof, quantities ordered absolutely may not decrease. It may be possible to
increase your order quantity. You should order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guests.
Inconsistencies
Due to the nature of handmade items, each will have certain variations.
