Julia: I used to watch a lot of television when I was little. I liked

11 Look. Ask and answer questions.
• Test the children in pairs while the rest of the class work
quietly. Print out one worksheet for each pair, cutting out
the cards. Hand A Your questions to Student A and B
Your answers to Student B. Tell the children that a hotel
is reopening soon and that Student A doesn’t know
anything about it. He/She asks Student B for information
using the question prompts. Student B answers using
the information on the card. They should both use full
question and sentence forms. Once they have done this,
they swap roles. Say that this time A has information
about a different hotel and B will ask questions to find
out the details. Hand out the new prompt cards: A Your
answers and B Your questions.

ranging from new graphic novels to old atlases.
