4. All local companies prices should be VIP unless VAT deregistered, Overseas companies must
quote CIF to the mentioned Port/Airport
5. State clearly the brands of the products quoted and attach supporting certification
6. Technical pamphlets are also to be attached
7. Delivery or lead time to be clearly stated
8. Warranty period to be stated
9. Stock availability to be mentioned
10. Late quotation will not be considered.
