Founded  in  2017,  Robosure  is  a  Mauritian  start-up  developing  Fintech  and 
Artificial Intelligence to disrupt the financial industry worldwide. 

What is Artificial intelligence?  

Ai  is  the  theory  and  development  of  computer  systems  in  which  are  able  to 
perform  tasks normally requiring human intelligence, such as visual perception, 
speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. 

 
Providing the latest technology in Mauritius 
With  Robosure  we  aim  to  build  machine  intelligence,  which  is  intelligence 
established  by  machines,  in  contrast  to  the  natural  intelligence  displayed  by 
humans.  In  computer  science,  AI  research  is  defined  as  the  study  of  "intelligent 
agents":  any  device  that  perceives  its  environment  and  takes  actions  that 
maximize  its  chance  of  successfully  achieving  its  goals.  Colloquially,  the  term 
"artificial  intelligence"  is  applied  when  a  machine  mimics  "cognitive"  functions 
that  humans  associate  with  other  human  minds,  such  as  "learning"  and 
"problem solving"

existing  processes  has  made  it  an  invaluable  tool.  Currently,  almost  every

the  "Industry  4.0".  ROBOSURE  is  a  company  that  aspires  to  become  a  major

science. Africa is gradually positioning itself to imprint its desire to become

context, we aspire to make Mauritius a technological hub capable of 
rivalling with the giants of AI. We forecast that over the next few years data 
science will become a valuable skill mandatory to becoming more

Our team :  
 
The  start-up  Robosure  will  be  a  result  of  skilled  people  collaboration  (a  leading 
Doctor  of  AI  in  Mauritius,  skilled  developers,  entrepreneurs  and  consultants) 
within  the  Start-up  Incubator  and  Accelerator  under  Robosure.  The  core  team 
will be overseen by Dr Mohabeer who has a PhD in AI. 
He  will  be  supported  by  the  University  of  Mauritius  to  assist  in  the  recruitment 
and training of students in Mauritius. 
  Robosure  will  work  closely  with  Private  and  public  enterprise  to  develop  a 
Private /Public partnership to the Mauritian financial services industry.   
 
 
Our executive team :  
 
(a) CEO 
 
The  CEO  of  Robosure,  a  technology  solution  that  enables  financial  clients  to 
connect  with  and  add  immediate  value  to  its'  customers.  He  will  be  a  seasoned 
entrepreneur  with  experience  in  Business  Strategy,  Sales  Management  and 
Venture building across both Africa and Europe. 
  
Whilst  he  will  passionate  about  creating  innovative  solutions  and  will  constantly 
conceptualize  new  ways  to  improve  on  his  suite  of  products,  he  will  also  be 
committed  to  enabling  entrepreneurial  talent  in  Mauritius.  He  will  do  this  by 
sharing his lessons and knowledge as a businessman. 
 
  
The  CEO  must  hold  a  Master's  Degree  in  Entrepreneurship  Business  Leadership 
from  a  reputable  institution.  He  will  be  someone  who  believes  in  working  hard, 
being passionate about what you do for a living - and having fun doing it! 
 
 
(b) COO 
 
  As  an  Executive Committee member, the candidate will be integral in developing 
and executing human capital strategies and transforming roadmaps that support 
overall business objectives.  
 
The  individual  must  have  a  track  record  of  developing  various,  business  aligned 
HR  policies  that  have  been  approved  at  board  level  and  subsequently 
implemented.  In  terms  of  HR  operations,  The  COO  will  introduce  data-driven 
decision  making  by  developing  an  HR  metrics  dashboard  which  will  be  adopted 
by  the  Board  for  quarterly  reporting  and  data-driven  talent  analytics  for 
leadership and skills pipeline development.

Goals : 
 
We  are  primarily  targeting  the  Financial  services  industry.  Indeed,  we  realised 
that  within  this  vertical,  every  task  is  clearly defined by structured processes and 
actions  which  are  sometimes  not  efficient  as  they  are  supposed  to  be. 
Furthermore,  these  processes  can  be  wisely  automated  within  an ai and chatbot 
scenario. 
Then,  our  short/medium  term  strategy  is  to  sign  all  the  top  Mauritius  insurers 
while  reinforcing our machine learning engine. Thus, we will turn Robosure into a 
solid leader of the financial Ai and chatbot eco-system in Mauritius. 
Finally,  our  long-term  strategy  is  to  scale  up  to  other  countries  and  expand  our 
product to other niche industries, such as telecoms, automotive and retail.

Through  the  use  of  stakeholder  workshops,  new  ai  opportunities  arise.  With 
stakeholders  establishing  ai  as  an  effective  service  medium  for  the  financial 
industry, strategies can be adapted accordingly with their requests.

Each  use  case  is  assessed  for  viability.  Considering  the  speed  of 
adoption/implementation  and  quality  of  available  data  etc.  reviewing  your

Sample  data  is  used  to  formulate  a  proof  of  concept.  This  PoC  determines  the 
viability  of  the  use  case,  showing  how  functional,  impactful  results  can  be 
achieved through the application of AI.

With  gathered  insight,  we  devise  a  high-level  rollout  plan,  covering  required 
processes,  data,  resources  and  timings  to  give  a  clear  understanding  of  how the
