"Surely, all Hamd is due to Allah, We praise Him, We ask for help, and We ask forgiveness, and
we seek refuge in Allaah from the evil of our souls and the evil of our deeds and I testify that
there is no worshiper except Allāh, He is alone, without a partner, and I testify that Muhammad is
his servant and messenger.

"O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims

Then the matter of alliance and hostility is part of the Islamic Sharī'iah, and if you wish, say, "Al
Walā wa AlBarā", became a neglected matter among many of those who are opposed to the
Islām in our and the motive for this is covetousness for the Dunyā and desire for the transitory
goods, or they believe that the matter is not from the affairs of the Aqīdah and the Ibādah.
And so many of them laid their hands in the hands of the kuffar, granting them the utmost of love,
affection, and assistance, and they defended them with their possessions and tongues at the
same time, neglecting the people of Islam and many varieties of the penalty.
In this respect, the present necessity of the Muslims to return to their reason, to realize the unity
among themselves, and the enmity to their enemies, more than ever before, since the violence of
Kufr, injustice and tyranny attacks.
and each of them, after the destruction of this religion, calls, by its various means under cover,
the fight against terror, or extremism and exaggeration.
And this on slaughter, to which the Murtadīn, the Munafiqeēn, and the rabble of the foolish
Muslims, will be nothing but opposing the union and unity of the Muslims and the support of
them, according to what came in the unambiguous,

"The believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that
you may receive mercy." (49:10)
And it was delivered in the Sahīhayn and others of Zakariyyā, by AshSha'bī of Nu'mān bin
Bashīr that the Messenger of Allah said :
""The parable of the faithful in affection, mercy, and support among one another is like the
parable of a body: when a body part has discomfort, the rest of the body reacts with alertness
and fever."
And in a tradition with Muslim in his Sahīh:
"The Muslims are like a man; when his eye aches, his whole body feels pain, and when his head
aches, his whole body feels pain. "
And from Bukhārī and Muslim handed down by AzZuhrī of Salim bin 'Abdulāh bin Umar ibn Al
Khattāb رضيِ الله عنهماof his father that the Messenger of Allāhs said :
"The believer for the believer is like a building, a part of it supports the other."
And since this topic is of a great extent and a huge matter, it needs many lessons and several
lectures.
And the position of the Muslims urges to clarify this matter and its importance and its
promulgation in the present time.
And, at the same time, it is not possible to tell about all the matters of this subject, for I will point
out at this session and in this brief meeting important principles in this subject, and words which
must be known, for this topic is related to the Tauhīd together and it is from its most important
chapters.
And some scholars said:
"There is no judgment in the book of Allāhs تعالى, which is more powerful and clear than this
judgment (the alWalā wa alBarā), according to the duty of the Tauhīd and the prohibition of its
opposite."
الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (2)
Allāh created creation, sent the book down, and sent messengers for the 'Ibādah to Him and His
unification (Tauhīd).
He تعالىsaid:
"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me."(51:56)
Ibn 'Abbās and a group of the Tafsir scholars said: "except to worship Me (Allāh) (yuwahhidūni).
And another group said:
"Just so I would give them orders and forbid them."
And the most powerful commandment is the command of Tauhīd, and the most powerful
prohibition is the prohibition of the Shirks.
And so the first order in the Qur'ān, according to the arrangement of the Suras, was the
command to the Tauhīd:
س
دوا سرب ثك ه ه
م س اع نب ه ه
سيا أي يسها الثنا ه
"O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become
righteous." (2:21)
And the first ban in the Qur'ān, according to the arrangement of the Surah in the wellknown
Mushaf, is the prohibition of the Shirks:
س س
ن م ت سعنل س ه
مو س دادا ء وسأن نت ه ن
جعسهلوا ل نل ثهن أن ن س
سفلَ ت س ن
"[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from
the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah
equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him]." (2:22)
And He سبحانهsaid:
"And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no
deity except Me, so worship Me!“ (21:25)
And our Prophet Muhammad was sent to a community which lived in ignorance and blind error,
whose religion was Shirk, and whose lords and leaders were the idols.
So he came to them with the sincere Tauhīd and forbade them the Shirk in all his varieties and
species.
"I saw the messenger of Allāh at the market of DhūlMajāz as he stood in his midst and said:
"Oh people! Say "Lā ilāha illā Allāh", and you will be successful."
And his narrative chain is Sahīh.
And this Word is the foundation of the earth and the heavens, and Allah has created in it all
creatures.
The (Millah) was built on the word, and the Qiblah was appointed, and the way of Struggle were
drawn...
And it is the pure law of Allaah upon all his servants, and it is the preserving word for the blood
and fortune and the offspring in this life, and it is the salvation before the punishment in the grave
and the punishment in the fire.
And it is the word of Islam, and the key to the land of peace (paradise).
In this way, the people were divided into unfortunate and blissful, and in accepted and rejected.
And thus the land of Kufr separated from the land of Islam, and the place of grace was
distinguished from the place of misery and contempt.
And the messenger of Allāh, on the way of the call of men to the Tauhīd and the renouncement
of the Shirk, came upon many grievances. So he tolerated himself and stood firm until Allaah
finished his light and helped his servant to victory, and defeated his enemy. Thus the people
entered the religion of Allāh.
And in the Musnad of Imām Ahmad is authentically handed down from Hammād bin Salamah,
from Thābit alBunānī, from Anas bin Malik رضيِ الله عنهthat the Messenger Allāhs said:
"Truly, I was haunted by trials, because I spread the religion of Allāh, and no one (before) was so
haunted. And I was scared because I spread the religion of Allāh and no one (before) was so
afraid. And indeed, three days and nights passed (sometimes), and neither I nor my family had
anything to eat, except to the extent Bilal could hide it under his armpit. "
☝️☝️
And they are the most powerful generation known to history. So it was that when one of them
entered the Islām, he put down everything he did in ignorance on his doorstep.
And he went forth from an unjust world, a short concept, a mute understanding, and a service of
the trees, stones, and men, to a free and wide life, to the service of Allaah, and the submission of
His command and His prohibition.
And the secret of success, and the mystery of that sublime, is the beginning point with which the
Messenger of Allāh began, and it is the Word:
☝️ "Lā ilāha illā Allāh, Muhammadun Rasūl Allāh". ☝️
This word, which tore every covenant, destroyed every bond except for the bond of the Aqddah,
and the covenant of love for Allah, and the brotherhood of faith, under which every skin color,
language, custom, earth, region, craft, or race becomes unimportant.
Truly, the covenant of Islam makes us indifferent to the entire bonds of the Jahiliyyah.
Allāh تعالىsaid:
"O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and
tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the
most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted." (49:13)

الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (3)
And so the Messenger of Allah made the brotherhood for Allaah the foundation and the union
upon which he unified the hearts of his fellows, since the Islamic 'Aqīdah, with which he came
from Allah, put all men into the position of servant of Allāh without Color differences, home,
descent, or other differences that existed in the society of ignorance.
So Abi Dāwud was from the tradition of ibn Wahb, through Hishām bin Sa'd, concerning Saīid bin
Abī Sa'īd alMuqbirī, about his father, Abī Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allāhs said:
"Truly, Allah removed from you the 'Ubbiyah of the Jahiliyyah (time of ignorance), and their
bragging with the fathers."
Faithful and godly, and wicked and unhappy. You are the children of Adam, and Adam was made
of clay.
Men shall set aside their pride for their peoples, for they are fuel of Jahannam. Or they become
more humiliated at Allaah than the Ji'lana (little black beast), pushing through the nose of the
natures. "That is the hated smell, and" Ubbiyyah means: nationalism.
And it came to the Musnad of Imam Ahmad about Isma'īl: Sa'id AlJarīrī told me of Abī Nadhrah
(that he said):
I was told of someone who heard the Khutbah of the Messenger of Allāh in the midst of the
days of the Tashrīq,
"Oh people! Your Lord is one, and your Father is one. Truly, there are no advantages an Arab
possesses about a nonArab, nor a nonArab about an Arab. There is no virtue of a red (i.e.,
white) human being over a black, nor a black human over a red, except by the fear of God. Have
I proclaimed? "They said," The Messenger of Allāh has proclaimed. "
And his chain of traditions is good, and what is before, becomes stronger (by authenticity).
And the Sahābah obtained that the fraternisation for Allaah is not marked by a word which they
bring over their tongue, and which bring their mouths.
It is a real practice that is connected with the reality of life, with all the existing relationships of
cooperation, assistance, advice, favor and love.
And the evidence for this is numerous, and there are a lot of examples. The Almighty said:

whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul it is those who will be the successful.

"And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. But
if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the
ordinance of Allah . And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly.
Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly." (49:9)
And He Almighty Said:
خوسة ص

"The believers indeed are brothers." (49:10)
So He made them brothers, despite the present struggle and transgression, and He ordered the
conciliation among them.
So it must be known that one is obliged to support the Mu'mins, even if he inflicts injustice
against you.
And (know) that one is committed to the baraa of the one who doesn't believe, even if he gives
you and treats you well.
Allāh, Exalted is He, sent messenger, and revealed the books, that religion may be complete for
Allāh,
so that love is for his Awliyā '
and hatred for his enemies,
and the honor for his Awliyā '
and the humiliation of his enemies,
and the reward for his Awliyā,
and the punishment for his enemies.
And when a man combines good and evil, and unrighteousness and obedience, and Sunnah
and Bid'ah, he is entitled to him from the support and reward to the extent of what he has in
himself.
And it is to him from the hostility and the punishment to the extent of what he carries in him.
Thus, in one person, what unites the honor and the humiliation, it unites for him from one to the
other.
Just as for the poor thief the hand is beaten off for his theft, and given to him by the state fund as
much as he needs.
This is the origin to which the Ahl asSunnah wa alJamā'ah has agreed. And from them differ
the Khawārij and the Mu'tazilah and those who agree with them.
And they explained that the people are either only paid, or only the punishment.
And the Ahl asSunnah say: Allāh punishes the people of the Kabā'ir with the fire, whom he
punishes, then He brings them out of it, on the intercession of those who are interceded by His
mercy and mercy the Sunnah of the Prophet . "
And one can divide the people in the chapter of love and hatred, and the confusion and enmity,
into three groups:
1. The one who is completely loved.
2. The one who is loved by one aspect and hated by another aspect.
3. The one who is completely hated and absolutely hostile.

Lecture: "This is the way, where are those who go after him"
الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (5)
The first: the one who is loved overall
And he who believes in Allaah and his messenger, and fulfilling the tasks of Islam, and doing His
mighty principles, with knowledge and deed, and His deeds sincerely for Allāh the Exalted, and
executing His commands, and keeping away from that Allah, and His Messenger, and who loves
Allaah, and hates Allaah, and makes the words of the messenger of Allāh about the words of
every other whoever it is.
And the first of the people, according to the messengers and the prophets, are the companions
of the messenger of Allāh, from the Muhājirīn and the Ansār, and those who followed them in
good.
They are the best people for the people, and the most outstanding followers of the good. And
they are those who conquered the land with spears, and the hearts with faith.
And so human history has known since its beginning, no more powerful history than its own, and
no men, except the prophets, who are better and more courageous than they are.
And when others forbade their souls and possessions, and the separation of their families and
children, they thought this to be a good thing in the establishment of religion, and the possibility
for the communities and peoples to live in peace and under the law of Islam.
So there was and there will be no one like them, for they are the fury of the enemies, and the
people of alWalā 'wa alBarā', and the helpers of religion, and the ministers of the messenger
Rabbil 'ālamīn.
And of the necessary affairs and established bases in the Islâms is to love them, and to believe
in their excellence and truthfulness, and to ask mercy for the young and old of them, and for the
former and the latter, and the preservation of theirs Honor and respect, and their defense against
the tongues of the mendicants and the pens of haters.
And in those who follow loyalty, support, and love, the people of the knowledge of the Ahl as
Sunnah, who act according to their knowledge, and who fear their masters.
Those are the heirs of the prophets, and the leaders of religion, and the saved group, and the
successful troop. And this by no means means their infallibility or their blind consequences in the
unqualified sense, never!
For they are men who make mistakes. However, it is up to them to think well about them and to
apologize for them, without abusing the texts (from Qur'ān and Sunnah), and without preaching
the words of one of them before them (the texts), based on the false argument , he was more
than you know.
And whoever presents the words of the scholars to the texts and weighs them against them and
contradicts those which contradict the text, he does not prefer their statements, and he does not
at the same time despise their position.
Rather, he followed them, for they all commanded this. And among the beautiful poems in this
chapter are:
"And the statement of the mountains of the guidance: It is not treated * according to our
statement, without a text, which is accepted.
This is a proof, the action according to the Hadith, and this is so in the past and present.
It said Abū Hanīfah, the Imām * It is not appropriate for the one who is on the Islām
taking my statements until they are submitted before the Hadith and the book of alMurtadā.
And Mālik, who said Imām of the place of hijrah, and he pointed towards the niche (of the tomb):
"Every statement, from it (many a) are accepted, and many others are rejected, except from the
messenger.
And AshShafi said: "If you see my statement contradicting what has been handed down to you
from the Hadith, the wall strikes me with my statement, which contradicts the traditions.
And Ahmad said, "Do not write what I said, but search for its origin."
Thus hear the words of the four judges, and act according to them, for therein is good.
️☝️☝
Second, who is loved by one aspect, and hated by another.
And this is the Muslim who blends good deeds with other evil deeds. This must be taken as an
ally to the extent that he has with him at Īmān, and he is hated and avenged according to his sin
or bid'ah.
This category can not be completely loved, completely hated and hated. And many of the people
intermingle between them, and between sitting with the people of the innovations (Bid) and the
transgressors (Fisq) and the callers, and they intermingle with them without reproaching them.
It is obligatory to boycott those who become a Kāfir or a Fāsiq (unrighteous) on the basis of a
bid'ah, or who calls for a bid'ah which makes one an erroneous or Fāsiq; this is for those who
can not refute or fear him to be deceived or harmed by him. "
And it was said: One must completely avoid him (the innovator).
And it was said that one distinguishes between the Tālib al'Ilm (student of knowledge), who
knows that he is not influenced, obscures the truth not with falsehood, and blames (the bid'ah),
and between a Layman, who can not distinguish between truth and falsehood.
And it was said: Here the benefits are taken into account and the damage is repelled, and one is
different from person to person.
الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (6)
The third: the one who is hated and absolutely hostile.
And it is the original Kāfir, or the apostate, after confirming the clear evidence from the Sharī'iah,
and the sure evidence against the accused, as he commits Kufr to Allāh, His angels, His books,
His messengers, and the most recent day.
Or that the petition is shown to someone else other than Allāh, or the slaughter and anNadhr
(vows) for someone other than Allāh.
Or that he omits the prayer as a whole, and this is from the more correct statement of the
scholars and a consensus of the Sahābah.
Or that he expressly offended Allah and His Messenger . Or that he throws the Mushaf into the
dirt We ask Allāh for us and you for refuge.
Or that he denies the names and qualities of Allāh.
Or that he makes fun of the Dīn.
He, the Exalted One, said:
قه ن س
مان نك ه ن
م م ب سعند س نإي س ن ل ت سعنت سذ نهروا قسد ن ك س س
فنرت ه ن ست سهنزنهئو س
م تس ن ل أنبالل ثهن سوآسيات نهن وسسر ه
سول نهن ك هن نت ه ن
"And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Is it
Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?"
Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief. If We pardon one faction of you We will
punish another faction because they were criminals.
(9:6566)
Or that he is directed with the system of the Kufr, or commits it to man, or asserts the hidden
knowledge (to know), or exercises the spell.
All those who are adversaries of Allaah and his messenger , so is the forgiveness of them. He,
the Exalted One, said:
You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who
oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or
their kindred. Those He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from
Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally.
Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him those are the party of Allah .
Unquestionably, the party of Allah they are the successful.
(58:22)
And it does not belong to the Muwālah the Kuffār, with them to take purchase transactions and
lending transactions.
For what is permitted is that which Allāh and His Messenger permitted , and the forbidden is
that which Allāh and His Messenger forbade.
And the authentic evidence suggests that selling to them and buying from them is permitted, and
therein the conditions of the Sharī'iah are respected with respect to the purchase and sale and
the permission of the commodity, etc., that he does not sell them anything that will help them in
the war against the Muslims, especially in times of war.
So it is not allowed to sell them weapons with which they fight a Muslim. And in this chapter,
there are details whose mention would last long, and the main intention was to point to the
matters themselves, and the details are discussed elsewhere.
الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (7)
And there is an important matter which the listening brothers need, as they live abroad, and it is
the judgment of working with the Kāfir.
So this was banned by a group of scholars, because it involves lowering the Muslims, and
humiliation for him under the hand of kaafir and this is a statement in the Madhab of Imam
Ahmad, and this also told a group of fuqaha 'of the Shafi' Iyyah.
And the second statement is that work at Kāfir is not a problem, under two conditions:
The First: That his work is in what the Muslim is allowed to do.
The Second: That he does not help him (the Kāfir) to something that leads to a damage for the
Muslims.
And this is the right thing, except that the best thing is that the Muslim is selfemployed, or works
for a Muslim, and gives up the work of the Kuffar.
The same applies to the participation with them in the trade, or the Mudārabah (a business form)
with them.
If, however, he is assured by his partner that he is not working with interest in this common trade,
there is no problem in his participation in it, just as there is no problem in his work under the two
conditions already mentioned.
أصل الدين:
#الولء_والبراء
AlWalā wa alBarā (8)
And this requires speaking about the judgment of the support of the Kuffar against the Muslims,
because in this strange age many of those who have fallen in Fitnah to the liberation of the
positions of the governments in the support of the Tawaghit against the Muslims when the
Fitnah in Muslim lands rose.
And so these became opponents for the people of truth in the defense of the people of falsity and
the apostates, and to speechtubes for the enemies.
The Blessed One said:
"And do not argue on behalf of those who deceive themselves. Indeed, Allah loves not one who
is a habitually sinful deceiver." (4:107)
And this Ayah encompasses the dirty media, and the evil scholars, whose care and habit is to
discuss and argue for the traitors by disfiguring the realities and misleading the peoples.
"And what a Dīn and what a Khayr is in someone who sees that the prohibitions of Allah are
being violated, that His limits are neglected, that His Dīn will be overthrown and that the Sunnah
of the Messenger is turned away, and he has a cold heart and a secret tongue, a dumb devil, just
as the speaker with the falsity is a talking devil.
And then is the visitation (misguidedness) in religion, for example, of others, except of these
(Schuyūkh)? When their food is given to them and their position (rank) is secured, they no longer
care what happens to religion.
And the best of them is the one who makes himself (artificially) sad and (sad) sounds.
And if something were to be taken from him, in which there is a blemish as in his status or
possession, he would exert himself to the utmost, and apply the three stages of blame, according
to his possibilities.
And these, in addition to the fact that they have lost their prestige at Allāh and that Allāh detest
them profoundly, were haunted in the Dunyā with the most powerful disaster which they could
meet while they do not even notice it, and it is death of the heart, for the more complete the life of
the heart is, the stronger his wrath for Allāh and His Messenger and his support for the Dīn is
more complete. "
