Soft starter is included as an extra to start on/off motors of scroll rollers smoothly to avoid excessive load
when overcoming inertia caused by fabric tension. There is no other system available in our control
system.

pH system is by Prominent
We highly recommend for Endress & Hauser pH system.

We are not customers of E&H for this product. Our stabndard is Prominent and any other system will be

Benninger uses own dosing system with Prominent pumps for dosing into counterflows and for peroxide

After having serious discussions with our Principal yesterday, we have managed to get a final price of
EUR. 1,500,000/- based on the attached revised scope of supply.
To summarize quickly & avoid any misunderstandings, the following items have been removed from our
previous scope of supply (offer #: OF65150B) as these items were not required by you aymore:
• Cooling clinders
• Dyeing padder
• Center winder
• Additional fabric entry in front of washing zone
• Consecutively steamer was put in lowered position
• Heat exchanger
• Mahlo rest humidity control

Warranty period: The period of warranty is 12 months and starts when the
consignments are commissioned. If dispatch for installing
or acceptance are delayed due to reasons beyond supplier's
control, the guarantee period shall end not later than
18 months after supplier's notification that the goods are
ready for dispatch.

For goods sold with delivery terms DAP, FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, CPT etc. the truck,

the interpretation of "INCOTERMS" valid at time of signature of the contract or
order confirmation.
Our machines are designed considering the valid European machine guidelines.
The buyer shall inform the seller before placing the order of any additional safety
devices or modifications which are deemed necessary in accordance with the
regulations of local professional or trade associations, or similar organisations.
These will be supplied and charged to the buyer. The absence of any such
additional safety device shall not constitute a defect.
According to our “General Delivery Terms” for machinery and plants from
(October 2014) point 12 to point 12.6 a project is defined to be agreed to be
accepted by the time when it is used in production terms. Remaining open
topics and pending point are listed and are to be settled by the parties involved.
Remaining conditions in accordance with our enclosed "General Delivery Terms"

for machinery and plants from (october 2014), including point 7 "retention of title"
and point 16 "exclusion of further liability on the part of the supplier" as well
as our "General Conditions of Erection and Service" from (april 2012).

indicative. They depend on the degree of coverage and are based on 30 g/kg
dyestuff powder of 100% relative strength in the printing paste (100% CO
mercerized). Except are black, turkuoise and bordeaux.

Remarks:
Please request our technician 4 weeks before the intended start of the installation work.
The buyer is obliged to put enough helpers at the disposal of our erection personnel,
so that the erection can be executed within the stipulated time. See enclosed "General
Conditions of Erection".
In case of waiting hours which are not caused by default of BENNINGER, the resulting
excess time will be charged to the buyer at the actual rate.

After having serious discussions with our Principal yesterday, we have managed to get a final price of
EUR. 1,500,000/- based on the attached revised scope of supply.
To summarize quickly & avoid any misunderstandings, the following items have been removed from our
previous scope of supply (offer #: OF65150B) as these items were not required by you aymore:
• Cooling clinders
• Dyeing padder
• Center winder
• Additional fabric entry in front of washing zone
• Consecutively steamer was put in lowered position
• Heat exchanger

Benninger has confirmed their earliest possible delivery date of Beginning March’2019 (provided they
receive your L/C in their bank latest by 14-Sep-18).
