Importance of economical efficiency Operation Cost for
Equipments(%)
of equipments Labour
■ Operation cost for equipments is equivalent to costs(30%)

more than 7% of total sales profit.

■ Since the labor cost takes up over 30% of sales profits, a system that can be
easily handled by the employees is necessary.

Minimizing the size of the air conditioning equipment room is necessary

■ For commercial hotels, 5.09% of space is taken up by the equipment room
space (when Central Air conditioning is applied. )
■ For resort hotels, 3.88% of space is taken up by the equipment room space
(when Central Air conditioning is applied. )

It is necessary to prevent the transfer of vibration & Noise

■ For energy efficiency, equipments and products should be installed close
to the channels, but be careful to prevent the transfer of vibration and noise.

• Necessary to obtain air current delivery distance
• An orderly indoor environment is necessary
• Necessary to consider intermittent usage
• Since it is a large space, it takes time for the air to
reach the set temperature during the time of
cooling and heating.
