1st Scenario

A public health nurse who works in the Primary Health Center (Puskesmas) is conducting an
assessment in Village X which is in his working area. Secondary data obtained by nurses
describes that it is often affected by flood in the rainy season. The nurse conducted a winshield
survey and found that people often throw garbage in the river. The result of the interview with
the Head of Village revealed in the rainy season the river water overflowed and the people
were getting trouble when it comes.
