The diagram shows how rain water is collected and reused for domestic purposes.

First of all, the rain pours down to earth. Then rain water is stored beside the dam. What is more, the
water is then released to water treatment plant where it is purified. From this, drinking water is
produced and used.

In the same manner, houses on their own have rainwater tank which is stored rain water in it for
different household purposes. Subsequently, house hold waste water is sent to waste water treatment
plant and recycled there. Following that, drown back to houses again to be used for domestic purposes.
From there, the excess treated water is released into the river. In this case, stormwater treatment is
used for releasing waste water into river as well.

In comparison, usage of water which is collected with dam and rainwater tank is different from each
other. Dam water is purified, so it can be used as a drinking water. Nevertheless houses rainwater tank
is used for domestic purposes.

Over all, rain water recycling process involves various phases. Including use of the dam and houses
rainwater tank, both ways process are dependent on rain pour.
