Main Events
 Joint Plennary
Pertemuan ini merupakan pertemuan seluruh Dewan Gubernur IMF dan WBG (selaku pemegang
saham IMF dan WBG) dimana pimpinan IMF dan WBG akan menyampaikan laporan kepada Dewan
Gubernur terkait update isu global dan serta implikasi pada agenda IMF dan WBG.
 International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC)
IMFC merupakan komite yang terdiri dari 24 Governors of the Fund yang mewakili 189 negara anggota
IMF. IMFC bertugas memberikan saran dan melaporkan kepada Dewan Gubernur IMF mengenai
pengawasan dan pengelolaan sistem moneter dan keuangan internasional, termasuk tanggapan
terhadap peristiwa yang terjadi yang dapat mengganggu kestabilan system keuangan. Tahun ini
Gubernur Bank Indonesia akan bertindak sebagai wakil dari 13 negara anggota SEAVG. Umumnya
IMFC membahas isu terkait bidang moneter dan keuangan.
 Development Committee (DC)
Development Committee merupakan komite yang terdiri dari 25 Governor of the Bank yang mewakili
189 negara anggota WBG. DC berfungsi sebagai badan penasehat yang berfungsi untuk memberikan
arahan dan mendiskusikan kegiatan operasional IMF-WBG. Saat ini Menteri Keuangan Republik
Indonesia,bertindak sebagai DC Chair.
Umumnya pertemuan DC membahas isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan ekonomi global
seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, pengentasan kemiskinan, transformasi ekonomi,
perubahan iklim, dll.
Other Side Events
Kehadiran Gubernur Bank Sentral dan Menteri Keuangan dari 189 negara di Annual Meetings juga
dimanfaatkan oleh beragai forum untuk melakukan pertemuan di sela Annual Meetings. Pertemuan
yang rutin di selenggarakan di sela Annual Meetings antara lain:
 G20, G24, BRICS, dll
Pertemuan forum forum kelompok negara baik formal (G20, G24) yang menghasilkan komunike
maupun informal (BRICS, SEACEN-CEMLA/South East Asia dan Latin America).
 Contituent Meeting (SEAVG, MENA, African countries, dll)
Pertemuan kelompok negara di IMF dan WBG yang bergabung dalam satu constituent office
berdasarkan kawasan.
 Others
Pertemuan lain misalnya pertemuan MD IMF dengan seluruh Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur
Bank Sentral ASEAN.

The problem of infrastructure financing has become a global concern and has been a topic on top of
policymakers’ agenda worldwide. In the aftermath of financial crisis, there is an increasing need of
sources of funding for infrastructure other than government budget, including private financing. Hence,
the infrastructure financing model has been shifted from public to private financing and poses important
challenges on its own. This seminar aims to explore innovative approach to potential source of financing
for infrastructure projects, in terms of both policies and financial instruments. As a case study, this seminar
will discuss Indonesia infrastructure financing innovation as one of the hot topic.
