Now when a voucher is in the basket, if Options is selected, the option to add N x Voucher has now been
removed.

2. REPORTS

2.1. REPORTS NOW WORK ACROSS MULTI-TIME ZONES

You and now able to configure reports to your individual time zones.

This is configured within the Reports Configuration Site.

Click ‘Customers’ as per below Screenshot:

Then select the Database you are using. After you have done this you will see a section called ‘Time Settings’.

Select ‘Edit’ at the top left of the page. You are now able to configure the settings to your specific time zone:

3.1. VSO #74103 ACTIVITY BOOKING API - BOOKING

Booking API now supports activities and you can now book, view and cancel the activity bookings.

4. ONLINE SERVICES

4.1. VSO #75665 WAITING LIST COUNT TEXT CAN BE CONFIGURABLE

On the View Bookings page, you can now configure the waiting list count and link text.
To configure your own text, navigate to Back Office > Configuration > Stock Text > Waiting Lists and look for the
following codes:

 WaitingListCount_Header
 WaitingListCount_LinkText

This feature is available with multilingual configuration.

4.2. VSO #76015 REWORDING OF UNIVERSAL BASKET WARNING MESSAGE

When purchasing a Renewal or Change of membership online in Universal Basket, and there is an item already in
the basket/vis versa the warning text has been changed to “Cannot combine with existing basket item”.

4.3. VSO #67330 CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES PAGE IS RESPONSIVE

The Customer Communication Preferences page has been made responsive and fully accessible. It will display
neatly on any device width.

4.4. VSO #76164 SUPPORT 3D SECURE IN UNIVERSAL BASKET WITH VERIFONE

Universal Basket now supports 3D secure with Verifone as a payment method.

 4.5. VSO #75255 STOCK TEXT VOUCHER INFORMATION IN PAYMENT WORKFLOW

It is now possible to hover over a voucher while making a payment and see the voucher type and any additional
information associated with it.

4.6. VSO #75255 CAPTCHA IN ONLINE REGISTRATION

Google captcha is now being used to protect the online signup forms across all online member services. It will
challenge anyone signing up to prove they are genuine.

6. BACK OFFICE CONFIGURATION

6.1. VSO #75314 RENAMING OF SECURITY TOKEN FOR RELOCATE CATEGORIES

CONFIGURATION IN BACK OFFICE

The security token SC_CAN_CONFIGURE_CATEGORIES which relocates categories in back office has been
renamed to BO_CAN_CONFIGURE_CATEGORIES and is located in the BO group.

7. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

7.1. VSO #75822 CUSTOMER COMMS SPEED IMPROVEMENTS

Legend have invested time and effort to greatly improve for customers the speed of running a large campaign.

8. EVENT MANAGEMENT

8.1. VSO #74716 EDITING INVENTORY ITEMS EM15 #332037

This feature allows you to change the quantity of a rental inventory item without having to delete and re add the
items.
The editing of rentals will now be faster and easier.
Rentals billing will reflect any changes made to the quantity of the inventory items. If the item is billed then
changed - the invoice will show the charge as an amendment instead of an addition/removal.

8.2. VSO #75093 DOCUMENTS TERM REMOVED FROM PROMPTS TILE IN SCHEDULE

The Prompts tile on the page for a schedule has now been changed to just read "Prompts” and not
“Prompts/Documents”. The information within this tab is unchanged.
 8.3. VSO #74730 AESTHETIC CHANGES TO RESOURCE CALENDAR EM18 #332037

The Resource Calendar in Event Management has improvements to the layout which make it easier to
differentiate between the days/locations.

You can change the how the date shows, this setting can be changed in Back Office > Config > Event
Management > Settings > ‘Show Day of week and year in calendar view dates’.

8.4. VSO #74739 SHOWING INVENTORY SUMMARY IN RESOURCE CALENDAR EM04 #332037

The inventory summary of an event is now viewable in the Resource calendar.

The amount of inventory items shown is controlled by config in Configuration > Event Management >
Setting > "Set amount of inventory booking in resource calendar details" .

The inventory will display in descending order by quantity.

9. ONLINE TICKETING

9.1. VSO #73079 TICKETING NAME CHANGES #323384

A lot of the wording in Online Ticketing has been populated as stock text, this allows you to change the text and
tailor to suit your terminology.
 Any reference to "Ticket" is stock text (i.e. 'Please select the tickets you require for activity')
 The default of the heading on the online services page is ‘Ticket Booking’ which is also Stock text.

9.2. VSO #73080/#74108 TICKETING LOCATION DESCRIPTION CHANGES/VISIBILITY #323384

Customers who purchase tickets will be able to see the Location, Resource and Sector in the information on a
ticket, in order to make the information clearer for the customers.

This information can be added to the ticket when adding new sessions and timeslots in Back Office > Online
Ticketing >
 10. SPORTS COURSES

10.1. VSO #75973 BULK COURSE MOVE IMPROVEMENTS

When bulk moving members from one course to another, improvements have been made in the “move
breakdown window” so that it is easier for the user to understand.
 Extra refunds will be clearly indicated.
 The course balance will be clearly indicated as will any balance from the extras.
o Credits will show in green.
o Any debts will be shown in red.

10.2. VSO #50640 ACHIEVEMENTS IN RESPONSIVE

Members will be able to see their own achievements and the achievements of members in their group. This can
be accessed this by clicking the ‘View Achievements’ and the ‘View Group Achievements’ buttons in the
navigation menu.

10.3. VSO #74954 DISPLAY DAY AND DATE OF NEXT SESSION WHEN MOVING COURSES

The day and date of a sports course session is now displayed when moving a member from one course to
another in order to ensure that the correct course can be chosen.
 11. TASKS & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

11.1. VSO #69387 HISTORICAL MM MEMBERS SHOULD HAVE A PROSPECT STATUS IN

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

If a member was created in Member Management, you will now be able to edit their prospect status in
Customer Management. This can be done either by editing the member or by a task action.

12. LEGEND CUSTOM CLIENT

12.1. VSO #75059 FOH/CC CHANGES TO CHECK CONNECTION STATUS

The new version of Legend Custom Client is available from www.legendware.co.uk/download and will check the
connection status between FOH and LCC when payment via card transaction is selected. Should there be a bad
connection, you will be warned and the transaction will not go ahead until connection is restored.

The setting to enable the connection check is found within Workstation > FOH > Check connection status before
card payment.
