BEFORE GETTING STARTED

This QIG is designed to aid you to get started with the device. If you experience problems following these
guides or need further information pertaining to the device, please visit our website at

1. Software Installation
Please follow the steps below to install your new wireless network card:
1. Insert the CD into your computer’s CDROM drive, double-click the Setup.exe

2. Select “I accept the terms of the license agreement” and click Next.

5. Once Finished, a Mediatek Wireless Utility will appear in your Program List.

Note:
Insert the PROLiNK WN2001 Wireless-N Nano USB
Adapter to the Laptop / PC’s USB port

3. Connect to a Wireless Network

1. To connect to a wireless network, double click on icon located at the

bottom right hand corner of your desktop.

2. Click on icon to add profile onto the connection utility.

3. Select the wireless access point’s SSID and “ Infrastructure – Connect to AP

5. Click and key in the password.

6. Click to proceed.
