Do you or someone you know have Marfan disease? Do you know what this means? Marfan disease is a genetic condition that causes problems with the body’s connective tissue. It helps hold cells, organs, and tissues together. It also helps to control how the body grows and develops, and can affect the heart. Dr. Marlon Rosenbaum will discuss how Marfan disease is diagnosed and the use of cardiac imaging modalities, as well as pregnancy considerations. He will also talk about the medical and surgical management of aortic abnormalities. You don’t want to miss this webinar.
