Motion for Change of Judge and Change of Venue

HERE,Comes Now, the Defendant Christopher Wilson

forced WITH NO OPTIONS for adequate
representation to formally act as Pro Se For Himself,
Now, requests a change of Venue and Change of Judge
regarding Case#2015-CR-000014-G In the 11th District
in Crawford County where Judge Jennifer Brunetti is
now a new sitting Crawford County District Judge.

1. Complaints have been Filed on both Lori Bolton Flemming

and Michael Gayoso with the Commission on Judicial
Qualifications and the Office of the Disiplinary Administrator.
Which Creates a Serious Conflict of Interest with Michael
Gayoso to prosecute my case.
2. That Several Motions have been Filed and Have not Been
answered in a timely manner regarding the Case#2015-CR-
000014-G. And Complaints have been Filed regarding Judge
Jennifer Brunetti.
3. Defendant believes that there is a Serious and immediate
Conflict of Interest involving case #2015-CR-000014-G
regarding A biased Judge and a Biased Prosecutor in this Case
and That Both official Persons and public officials have severe
ill intentions towards Defendant and his Family.
4. Michael Gayoso is Stalking Mr. Wilson through his
Crawford County agency and other agencies and has Filed
milicious Charges against Mr. Wilson breaching the Contract
signed between Jackie Rokusec Atty for the Defendant and
Michael Gayoso acting County Attorney of a One year
Probation term (that has been served in Full). But has been
extended to 2 years of unsupervised Probation with no reason
why nor The Evidence that Mr. Wilson has Broken the
agreements of Probation.
5. Mr. Gayoso has Breached the Contract that he initially
Created himself along with Atty Jackie Rokusec regarding Mr.
Wilson's case 2015-CR-000014-G. that Mr. Wilson Disagreed
With verbally in front of a witness.
6. Mr. Wilson has served an additional 11 months probation
sentence with out a formal hearing and sentencing and a ruling
was given without proper notice nor proper Hearing of
extention to his unsupervised probation. ( The Hearing in
Question Was a Continuance Hearing but extended Mr.
Wilsons Probation During this Basic Hearing without Notice of
Such Hearing to extend Probation).
7. Judge Jennifer Brunetti is a member of the Lady o lords
Church and the Crawford County Country Club. Along with
Michael Gayoso and Edward"Eddie" Battitori. (Who was My
Atty that i Fired due to No Show). And Along with JudgeLori
bolton Fleming This is a direct Conflict of Interest!
8. And that a Formal Lawsuit is currently being Filed against
Atty Michael Gayoso and his agency for Breach of Contract
and for Deprivation of Federally Protected Rights in the
United States Federal District Court.
9. My inability to acquire reasonable and adequate
Representation of an attorney in the State of Kansas regarding
case#2015-CR-000014-G Is Rediculous. (Jason Wiske)( Jean
Ann Udovitch) ( Eddie Battitori) (Jackie Rokusek)( Blake
Hudson) (Ian Bartelose) through the County of Crawford
County and Surrounding Counties have each denied me my
Civil and Constitutional Rights and Protections By Law.This is
Obsurd and These State officials of Kansas and Attys Have the
Responsibility to Protect Innocent Individuals from Injustice
By the State and its Officers and Officials. But Will They Do
their Job? I Say, "NO" . Because of FEAR! No one will Do
their Jobs and they all have a very Troubling Past of
Negligance that needs to be investigated!
10. It is My understanding that Judge Jennifer Brunetti is also
a member of the Same Country Club and belongs to the same
Church/Country Club that Jason Wiske, Edward "Eddie"
Battitori, Michael Gayoso, Lori Bolton Fleming are members
of and that this also Creates another Conflict of Interest in this
Case.
11. Many threats were made through email from Plaintiffs
ATTorney that if I Didn't pay These Monies I will Be
incarcerated. Also Threats have been Made By Judge Fleming
That if I don't show for a hearing that i cannot Afford dated
June 14th that a warrant WILL be issued in my name for
Failure to show. And that I Would be Imprisioned for Failure
to pay.The Court Clerks Office Has me Down For Failure to
Show in My Court Records. This simply is not True i was not
Properly notified of any such Court Date and i Firmly feel
That the Clerks Office is Working in Conjunction with Gayoso
and Judge Flemming and now The new Judge Jennifer
Brunetti. The Court,Judge and Gayoso knows fully that I, Mr.
Christopher Wilson am not able to attend due to the 1000 mile
distance that I live away from the Court and my inability to
pay for such a strenous and expensive trip and that in the
process of meeting these demands will make me commit a
crime of abandoning my Children. I have filed a poverty
affidavid and have no money and the abiility to travel to a
frivilous hearing regarding a crime/violation that has not been
commited. I, Christopher Wilson Believe that this is simply a
Malicious form of Tyrany to Destroy My ability to protect My
Right's, Myself and My Children. And is a Milicious act of The
Prosecutors office/Judges office and Clerks Office to try to
Imprison me for lack of Funds to pay Restitution. This ACT
officially has Violated my Constitutional and Civil Rights. I,
Christopher Wilson am Exhausted emotionally and Financially
and Terrified of "YOU" People. This is a direct action taken to
promote Cruel and unusual Punishment on a Citizen of the
United States of America. This will not Be unnoticed nor Will
these actions on your part be ignored.
12. I have had to constantly Hide My Location and My
Children's Location Due to the STALKING and Malicious
Activity By Prosecutor Michael Gayoso's Office, and Sheriff's
Deputies Mekruit and Combs actions in the Last 4 Years. We
have had to vacate and Abandon our home and many other
Homes Due to their Direct Actions against us causing us great
Financial Hardship and Poverty. WE, Have had No Relief
from their Actions since sep2 2014. We are Tired and Trained
on the Fact that there is nothing we can Do to save our Selves
From the Pressure's and Destruction they have Created
regarding our Family and our Live's except to file A lawsuit
and expose the Corruption.
13. I have personally contacted the FBI, DOJ, United States
Attorney's Office, and soon will be contacting the US Marshals
Office and the ATTY General's Office of Kansas. I am Sure i
have Created enough Attention that Someone Is Finally
Watching You ALL!
14. I Personally feel That there is Abosolutly NO RULE OF
LAW being Applied in the 11th District of Kansas and the
Official's residing over the 11th District are a Mafia
Organization and need to be Jailed, Prosecuted and
Investigated for Being a Mafia and an Organized Crime
Syndicate. It is My belief after 4 years of Investigation That
The Officials Of Crawford County Are Doing Nothing But
Commiting Crimes against Citizens of Crawford County and
are destroying the integrity and infastructure of the State,
County and its People.
15. After being Stalked through out this 4 year Period By
Sheriffs Deputies Combs and Mekruit, Sheriff Investigators
and their Teams. Prosecutors and their team's, and Attys on
their side. I Firmly Feel I have no options, but to File Lawsuits
for Malicious Prosecution, Defemation, Breach of Contract and
Stalking Charges against The 11th District Officials and
Attorneys of the 11th District of Kansas and the Sheriffs Dept.
and Deputies of Crawford County Kansas. This Should have
never Hapened to an Innocent Man and his Family. Coverups
Should have never Happened and Falsifying evidence should
have Never Happened. Protecting Dirty Cops and Dirty
Prosecutors Should Have never been a Factor! My Opinion
NOW, is that a DEEP investigtion be made and emplimented
towards the Sheriffs Dept and Its employees. And, the
Prosecutors Office and it's Employees along with The County
Clerks Office employees . The Office of Michael Gayoso
Crawford County is a Terrible Example of Real Justice and
Needs to be Eradicated and Made example of. Judge Lori
Bolton Flemming should be Disbarred and Arrested For
Violation of Oath of Office and She Must Pay For The Crimes
Against the People of Her Juristiction. The entire 11th District
needs to be Investigated For Corruption and Embezzlement
and Crimes against The Citizens of Crawford
County,Cherokee County and The 11th District in a Whole!
16. Judge Jennifer Brunetti was the very First Law firm i tried
to obtain in the frontenac area of Crawford County in
september of 2014. I spoke to her law firm and told them my
story and tried to hire her as my Counsel and knowing this She
Should not be allowed to Reign Judgement over this Case
because this is a major Conflict of Interest. ( You cant hear the
Whole Story on one end and Prosecute me on the other end as
you are now a sitting District Judge assigned to My Case...
17. My concern is that there is no Judge nor Attorney to
represent me in this case and that i have been Kangarood and
all of my human , Constitutional,and Civil Rights have been
ignored and abused and denied.
This is why i am asking the Court to move the Venue and
Change the Judge in My case 2015-Cr-14G.
Federal Charges are going To Be Filed On Your Organized
Crime Syndicate! American Citizens Have Rights! You People,
Have No Right To impose Injustice on the American
Public..And You have No Obligation to Injure The People you
are Supposed to Protect By Your Oath Of Office....Shame on
all of You!
