Leavitt Partners’ Anne Marie Polak to Keynote Luncheon at Capitol Caucus

that Anne Marie Polak, Senior Director at Leavitt Partners, a health care intelligence business founded by
former HHS Secretary Michael Leavitt, will keynote the PHA Capitol Caucus and Innovation Summit
luncheon on Thursday, October 11, 2018, in Washington, DC. She will share the latest developments and
lead an engaging session titled, “Federal and State Policy Initiatives and Population Health.”

This Population Health Alliance Capitol Caucus and Innovation Summit 2018 will bring together
policymakers and key stakeholders from across the health care industry committed to driving innovation
in care management, wellness, and prevention for focused briefings on key legislative and regulatory
issues. Keynote remarks from thought leaders will kick off a series of substantive panel discussions with
open dialogue among senior experts about policy and practical challenges and opportunities to advance
population health.

Ms. Polak's expertise is providing policy counsel and analysis to clients with matters involving
regulations, legislation, and business implications. “Leavitt Partners has been an important government

Prior to joining Leavitt Partners, Anne Marie was a vice president for Faegre BD Consulting in the firm's
health and biosciences group. She also spent five years with the Podesta Group in Washington, D.C.,
while completing her law degree in the evenings at the George Mason University School of Law,
graduating cum laude in 2010.
