ORDER :­
A provision of Rs.1700.22 lakhs is made for "Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarozgar
Programme"(SGSY) in the state budget for the financial year 2009-2010.
The programme is to be continued in the state as per the guidelines of the Govt. of India.
The expenditure under this programme is to be shared between the central and state on
75:25 sharing bases. The Govt. of India, Ministry of Rural Development, New Delhi has
released the total Central Share Rs.1639.20 lakhs directly by Telegraphic Transfer to the
District Rural Development Agencies for the implementation of SGSY Program
(1st Installments).
The Government of Gujarat Panchayat Rural Housing & Rural Development Deptt.
has sanctioned Administrative approval for the Programme and authorized
Commissionerate of Rural Development, Gandhinagar to release the grant vide order read
Sr.No.2 for the year 2009-10.
The State Govt. of Gujarat is supposed to release Rs.S46.40/- lakhs as it's
matching share. The Commissioner of Rural Development, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar is
pleased to release the grant of Rs.S06.92/- lakhs to the District Rural Development
Agencies as shown in the below' Statement for the implementation of Scheme SGSY for
current financial year 2009-10 and as such remaining an amount of Rs.39.48 lakhs
(D.No. Rs.8.60 and D.No.96-Rs.30.88) is require to release afterwards.

The release of grant is subject to terms & condition mentioned the guidelines of
SGSY Project.
The Accounts Officer (Class II) Commissionerate of Rural Development, Gujarat
State, Gandhinagar is authorized to draw the said amount from District Treasury Office,
Gandhiangar and also authorized to countersigned the bills. The relevant amount may
please be at the disposal of Director, District Rural Development Agencies concerned by
RTGS (Real Time Gross Statement)
 The said amount should be credited in the SAVING ACCOUNTS in Nationalised/
Regional Rural Bank by respective Director, District Rural Development Agencies. The
Utilisation Certificate for the same are also to be send duly audited in prescribed proforma.
The grant should be debited to the following budget head.
