Proses penempatan panel pertama sebagai berikut:
1. Apabila jumlah panel kurang dari 8 unit panel,
dimulai dari sebelah kiri atau kanan.
2. Apabila jumlah panel lebih dari 8 unit panel, di
mulai dari tengah- tengah.
- Apabila panel pertama sudah dalam kondisi
lurus dan rata (horizontal dan vertikal), langkah
selanjutnya proses pembautan panel pada
pondasi.

- Make sure that the floor surface has flat with
tolerance 2mm every meter and or 6mm for
the whole panel.
- Arrange panel as per the arrangement on the
drawing document (Single Line Diagram).
Placement process of the first panel :
1. If panel less than 8 units, start from left or right.
2. If panel more than 8 units, start from the middle.
- If first panel is already in the good condition (flat
and straight – horizontal and vertical), the next
step is jointing panel to the foundation.

- Penempatan panel selanjutnya mengikuti
panel sebelumnya.
- Untuk mempermudah merapatkan, gunakan
tang clamp.
- Kerapatan panel sangat di perlukan untuk
menghindari kecelakaan apabila terjadi

keluar) dan binatang masuk ke dalam.
- Pemasangan angkur pada panel yang
pertama terdapat 4 titik (2 di depan dan 2 di
bagian belakang panel).
- Panel berikutnya minimum 3 titik (2 di depan
dan 1 di bagian belakang panel).
Pemasangan sambungan antar panel dengan
menggunakan baut M8x20.
Terdapat 7 titik penyambungan sebagai berikut :
1. Dua titik pada kabel kompartmen
2. Tiga titik pada CB kompartmen
3. Dua titik pada LV box

2. Three points at CB compartment
3. Two points at LV box

mendapatkan kerapatan panel pada bagian atas.
Setelah panel tersambung dengan benar dan tidak
terdapat celah (gap).
Langkah selanjutnya pemasangan koneksi main
busbar untuk earthing.
- Untuk menghindari permasalahan pada
mekanical seperti rack-in & rack-out CB,
shutter, earthing switch. Pastikan leveling
pondasi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada.
- Pastikan screen terpasang kembali sebelum
melakukan energizing panel.

Installation of connection link at the top back side of

The connection link should be installed to get tied up
panel at the top side.
After panel connect properly and there is no gap
between.
Next step is installation of main busbar connection for
earthing.
- To prevent problem at mechanical such as
rack-in & rack-out CB, shutter, earthing switch.
Make sure that foundation leveling as per the
rules.
- Make sure screen is re-installed back before
energize the panel.

because have to see the CB position. Door can be
opened if CB condition in test position.
