Studentul practicant are obligaţia utilizării unui caiet de notiţe în care să fie consemnate zilnic informaţiile principale privind
activităţile desfăşurate. Acesta va servi la întocmirea fişei de autoevaluare şi va fi pus la dispoziţia cadrului didactic
responsabil cu practica în vederea evaluării finale.
