satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of absolute Sale unto JULIE LIM ZAFRA,
Filipino, of legal age and resident of Block 15 Lot 11, Hillsborough Pointe Subdivision, Upper
Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, the above described motor vehicle, free from all liens and
encumbrances.
