Responsible for Setting up a new Business Intelligence function for Conduent Technology Services including Management Reporting
for FP&A, Invoicing, Contractor Sourcing, Contract management and Accounts payable process.
Analyze the over-all Contractor Sourcing and Supply Chain Management process to understand Budget vs. Spend, Revenue Strems
and Cost drivers to identify business leak points, and their Operational and financial impact.
Prepare Advance excel, Macros, Flyers, Automation Templates and Reporting Dashboards for daily and weekly MIS reports
to stabilize the Business Intelligence process.
Successful transition and establishment of centralized MIS Reporting Team for Global Shared Service dept. including reporting from
