Dear Chief Deputy Stratton: flflCH^fc*
Please except my apology for the lateness of this letter. But may I/we now thank you for coming
to our defense in response to State Senator Tim Bivins inquiry (enclosed). I've kept your letter
close when times are most difficult Instructed to remain mute "so not to jeopardize the case" by
Assistant State's Attorney Robert Podlasek who assures justice will prevail. It's hard to fathom
when the attacks are so vicious, these past 8 years, all posted on the internet, where your letter is.
My colleagues and I have followed these instructions giving the perpetrators full rein to fabricate
stories in an attempt to sway public opinion and dismiss the case. Meanwhile, several have been
re-re-indicted and re-re-convicted on several unrelated counts which has delayed a speedy trial
for the original "Computer Tampering" case. ■
We remain grateful to"Attorney General.Lisa Madigan and State's Attorney Anita Alvarez in
standing firm on prosecuting. Their Assistants, have been increditable, knowing this matter
became short of life threatening, thus my exit to.California- I and my colleagues owe a great
deal to these men and women who are still being challenged.
But my personal and sincere appreciation soes to you for your public defense.

2012,1 was placed in arms way after my whereabouts was exposed when the perpetrators created
subpoenas, forging the signature of Cook County Clerk of Courts Dorothy Brown to obtain 6
years of my personal banking records/signature card. Before American Express complied
Prosecutor Robert Podlasek intervened with a "Quash Motion". My current Congressmen
Darrell Issa and Brian Bilbray contacted the U.S. Postal Inspector who volunteered his input but
as the other officials connected to the case remain cautious so not to compromise it

The great State of Illinois' law enforcement and judicial system have a difficult and growing task
to uphold justice while being brutally, attacked. We're confident a positive outcome will set
national precedence to protect other companies and individuals attacked by Cyber Terror. (

Sincerely, . if

Dear Chief Deputy Stratton:

I've kept your letter close when times are most difficult. Instructed to remain mute "so
not to jeopardize the case" by Assistant State's Attorney Robert Podlasek who assures
justice will prevail. It's hard to fathom when the attacks are so vicious, these past 8
years, all posted on the internet, where your letter is.

My colleagues and I have followed these instructions giving the perpetrators full rein
to fabricate stories in an attempt to sway public opinion and dismiss the case.
Meanwhile, several have been re-re-indicted and re-re-convicted on several unrelated
counts which has delayed a speedy trial for the original "Computer Tampering" case.

We remain grateful to Attorney General Lisa Madigan and State's Attorney Anita
Alvarez in standing firm on prosecuting. Their Assistants, have been increditable,
knowing this matter became short of life threatening, thus my exit to California. I and
my colleagues owe a great deal to these men and women who are still being challenged.

But my personal and sincere appreciation goes to you for your public defense.

2012, I was placed in arms way after my whereabouts was exposed when the

Dorothy Brown to obtain 6 years of my personal banking records/signature card.

Re: Save- A-Lift Foundation

Dear Senator Bivins:

1 ant writing in response to your letter regarding the Save-A-Life Foundation (SALF).

First, allow me to correct what may have been a miscoirununication or misunderstanding

regarding this Office's investigation or Ms. Spizzirri's current whereabouts. Without trying to
reconstruct your conversation with Mr. Kenyan* of (his Office, let me assure you that we have
been aware of Ms Splzzjrri's whereabouts since she moved to California. Her current address,
which we certainly have, docs not explain why our investigation of SALF is ongoing. A) you
acknowledge, we do not discuss the details ol an ongoing investigation, so we will not be able to
provide you with more information about the status of our investigation. But, I d me emphasize
that, as with all such allegations against charitable organizations, we took these el legations very
seriously and immediately initiated an investigation of SALF regarding the financial and other
reporting issues raised by the complainants.

Second, as background, please understand thai this Office's Charitable Trust Bureau has as
its primary mission the protection of charitable assets held by charitable organizations registered in
Illinois. The Bureau does not have jurisdiction In investigate or prosecute criminal conduct, which
. would fall under the junsd iction of local State's Attorneys, bul rather enforces the Charitable Trust
ft*: Act through civil court actions. Additionally, where grants front state agencies arc involved, the
Office typically becomes involved through referrals (com the granting agencies. We have never
received a referral from a state agency raising any concerns regarding a grant made to SALF.

Third, as further background information, SALF was registered as an Illinois charitable

organization wilh this Office from 1994 through 2009, during which period it filed complete
annual reports accompanied by audits when required by law. In September 2009, SALF filed
articles of dissolution with the Secretary of Stale. It then filed a final report wilh this Office in
April 2010. When we first received comptainis in June, 2010, SALF was no longer an active
