Everything. The instructor was awesome!! Loved her! The recitation portion was very helpful.
I gained a lot of understanding in communication and how is important to promote effective communication in the
health facility with the health team. Safety is another topic that really helped me understand how nurses minimize risk
of harm of their patients. Others were healthy people 2020, informed content.
Oops, I realized I submitted feedback for this course to the NUR 1101 link.
For NUR 1101, I was able to develop valuable skills in keeping and using a planner to manage my time. This tool was
key to keeping on top of the assignments due for this class because it kept me from having too much to do all at
once.
Since this was a longer class, the breaks every fifty minutes were helpful.
The lecture material power points, and videos were helpful learning tools in this course.
The powerpoints are very informative. Nice that they reference the book pages that correspond. The additional
assignments were complementary to the course.
The recitation being after each class time. It made it easy for me to stay after to study, instead of having to come on a
separate day or time.

Lots of experience in the field, also had a good way of explaining things to the class.
Mrs. Brownie is great and I was lucky to have her this semester for two of my classes! She has a genuine desire to
help her students, and I truly appreciate her fairness and understanding throughout the semester.
She is very approachable and personable. Seems very fair and listens to students. Seems to want students to
succeed.
The faculty was very approachable and knowledgeable. One thing that I especially appreciated about her was that
she was confident and was not phased by the relative quietness of the students at times (in regards to answering
questions in class).
The instructor shows videos in some topics to help me understand the material like safety, inter professional
collaboration, legal aspects, and patient education.
The power-points were easy to follow and helpful when studying for exams. Assignment instructions were clear and
the instructor gave helpful responses to questions.
Their personality and how quickly they graded assignments. Can approach them easily. Not afraid to ask them
questions.
For the most part, the majority of the class was well organized. One possible option for improvement would be
modifying ATI so that it is easier to get started with and also being aware of a few glitches that some of the practice
questions have.
I wish someone had told me to do the practice questions after each chapter and to balance that with reading and
reviewing materials for the tests.

None.
The final is weighted too much for the overall grade. Difficult to get an A on a cumulative test that covers so much.
Wish it was weighted equally to all exams.
The instructor needs to explain blueprint for students to understand. She did not do a good job in explaining what the
blue print is for the first test and second term. I only do study guide and did not understand what blueprint.
This course could be done online. The additional material provided in ATI was not very helpful.

The faculty did a great job lecturing and explaining assignments like care plans, teaching plans, and group projects.
This is very important, she should give more practice questions to the various topics to help students understand the
material, as well as videos. Remind students when work is due ahead of time. She should also break some of the
topics down for better understanding. I didn't feel too much comfortable going to her office for explanation and she
encourage students to who need extra help to come to her office for explanation or clarity of the material.
