ABSTRACT

This study is entitled "The Effect of Government Internal Control on the

Effectiveness of Inventory Management". The selection of this title is based on the
observation that the Internal Control System for the Management of Inventory in
Cimacan Regional General Hospital is considered not suitable.

Then the purpose of this study was to determine the role of Cimacan District
Internal Control system in Cianjur Regency, to determine Inventory Management,
and to determine the effect of internal control systems on Inventory Management.

The type of research method used is descriptive, which is research that seeks to
tell the current problem based on the data. Descriptive data of these respondents
provides some simple information about the state of the respondents who were
used as objects of research. Respondent data collected by the author based on the
population determined in this study were 58 respondents.

The results of the study were conducted on 58 respondents with 27 questions

(variable X) and 21 questions (variable Y) that overall the internal control system
in Cimacan Hospital and Inventory Management was very good.

The conclusions obtained that the application of the internal control system is
considered very good, overall inventory management is very good value, and the
influence of the internal control system on inventory management is very
significant.
