The jack consists of:

 a load-bearing frame (1) with two fixed front wheels (2) and two rear swivel wheels
(3);
 a lifting unit consisting of the hydraulic cylinder and the lifting arm (4);
 a pumping unit consisting of a piston pump which is manually operated via the lever
(7) or the pedal (6);

The control system of the jack, consists of:

 the piston pump that, once operated, allows the extension of the piston rod of the
hydraulic cylinder, i.e. the lifting of the arm and the load;
 the vent valve that, once opened, allows the return of the piston rod of the hydraulic
cylinder, i.e. the lowering of the load;

3.1 Safety devices

om
The main safety device present on the machines is the load limiter, consisting of a
maximum pressure valve, which protects the jack against overloading.
This valve, ensures that the pressure inside the hydraulic circuit can not exceed the fixed set
value determined by the maximum rated load capacity.

Load limiter
i.c
 Under no circumstances should the adjustment of the maximum pressure safety valve
be carried out by the operator.
 Never tamper with the safety valve, if you are not authorised to do so!
