community service hours through myUCLA,
and those hours will be official and notarized
on your transcript!

Membership Requirements

▪ No application or fees!
▪ Must attend:
□ 1 health/special site or 2 fundraiser
shifts
□ Quarterly health fair
□ Half of the quarter’s general meetings
▪ Must be HIPAA certified
▪ Must purchase a VCH polo ($20)
