 Working as a JUNIOR EXECUTIVE in power house having a capacity of 10 MW at VOLKA
FOOD (GIGGLY) Multan Pakistan.
 Area of expertise and Job responsibilities:
Planning and Undertaking Maintenance:

I am responsible for Planning and scheduling maintenance techniques Which includes

scheduled and Un-scheduled Maintenance. Responding to break downs and
implementing corrective measures to reduce breakdown time.

Supervision:

Supervising Technical and Non- technical Staff. Also maintaining the statistical and
Financial records.
 Inventory Management:

I am responsible for managing stocks of Supplies and equipment and also responsible
for the complete record of the Store demands and making it sure that the demands are
completely met.

Jenbacher JGS 320 Operation
CAT 3512 Operation
I am responsible for the smooth operation of the power house and continuous
electrical flow to the load. Also responsible for all the Operating Parameter of
the Engine and keep in touch with the AM and Manger.
Maintenance of Power House:-

Responsible for implementing all the maintenance work being carried at the
Power House and Reducing downtime.
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
I am responsible for meeting all the load demands and load balancing and
sharing during the change over.

Expert in Reading Electrical Drawing.

Done with the Commissioning of JGS 320 Gas Engine.
Operation and Operating expert of PEL Switch Gear (VCB) and also control
connection.
Operating expert of VCB Schneider Electric and also their control connections.

DG Khan Cement Factory (30 MW Coal Fire Power Plant).

I did one month of internship there.
Learn reading of Electrical Drawing. The plant was going to install so I
work with Chinese Experts

Thermal Power Station Muzaffargarh (1350 MW)
  Six month of internship at Thermal Power Station Muzaffargarh from June
2013- August 2013 and then June 2014-aughust 2014.
 I work as a internee over there, Learned all the Operation work of Power
House. And also the protection of Turbine, Generator and Unit Transformer.

Final Year Project:

Testing and commissioning of Synchronous generator

 Done different experiments related to the synchronous generator i.e
short circuit test ,open circuit test, over load test, synchronization with
Wapda , capacitive load test , inductive load test.
 Collect the comprehensive results and we also trained our lab staff and
students.

Study Tours:
Visited NTDC 500kV Grid station New Multan, comprising of lecture at the
yard explaining the bus bars, circuit breakers, isolators, transformers, etc
 Write a complete report on 500 KV Grid Station Multan
