Any project to be worth of financing should not only geared towards profit

generation but shall also aim for the realization of its social and economic

obligation

MARPLE ​will generate profit, often employment within the vicinity of the

Company and contribute to major economic progress of the local government of

San Pedro, Laguna the proponents will be regarded as something more profit –

seeking individuals with a concern for socio- economic enlistment. ​MARPLE ​will

not just be established without any consideration to socio- economy yet it will

look forward not to contribute uncertain things that could harm the environment

and society. This will contribute job creation, environment conversation and

economic development.

Corporate social responsibility focuses not only on what companies do

with their profits but also on how they will make them. Comparison and

compliance address how companies manage their economic, social and

environmental

Impact, as well as; labour and employment, government revenues will benefit

the people and environment.

Labour and Employment

Marple will create jobs for the people who live near the vicinity of the

company. This job opportunity will increase the employment rate and income

within the location. By generating employment and income, the company will

benefit individuals and families as this will improves standards of living, this

benefitting the entire economy.

Employees who will be selected are fully skilled and will receive an equal

employment opportunity as well as stated in the labour code of the Philippines.

The company will yield with the government laws in paying standard wages

among employees.

Government Revenues

Marple will lawfully abide its taxes and obligations to the government. For

the government, will include the gross proceeds from income taxes on the

company and employees. The taxes are taken for the support of the

government.

These taxes to be taken will give additional income to the municipal government

and the national government. These can also support community development.

Benefits to the People

The Marple will produce Baked Apple Stuffed with Blue Marlin topped

with Cheese at a very reasonable price in terms of its raw materials. Marple

ensures that that the product they are going to provide is non toxic and not

harmful to customers and even to the workers.

For the benefits of workers, the company provide health insurances,

compensation, securities and incentives every end of the year. The members of

the company will be discounted in availing ht e product. The company’s goal is

to have quality product which will gain profits while creating jobs among the

people and contributing to the economic progress.

Environment

Marple will lawfully abide by the rules and regulations implemented by the

Department of Environment and Natural Resources. It will be sensitive enough

to our environment by means of assuring that the processes involve in the

business operations will be environmental friendly. Moreover, the firm will apply

the principle of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The business will

observe proper waste disposal in order to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

This will also help to lessen pollution that causes different diseases and health

problems to many Filipinos. The business proponents will allocate enough
