Since January, 2016 as QC / Welding Inspector and scaffolding, insulation,
painting inspection:
Involved in carrying out and co-coordinating inspection of new/modification/repair
fabrication of welded components, including Pressure Vessels, Pressure Piping, Tanks,
of different plants at client’s premises and fabricator’s shops involving MOC like CS, SS,
Alloy steel etc and carrying and witnessing Fabrication / shut down NDT (PT, MT, UT),
External visual Inspection of piping to determine the condition of piping, insulation
system, painting / coating, and associated hard wares, to check signs of misalignments,
vibration and leakage, and to check corrosion or other damage at pipe supports contact
areas and piping hangers.
