Duties consisted of academic and clinical practice both at the Albany Medical Center and
in satellite clinics. I conducted my own private practice as well as supervising both medical
students and obstetric and gynecology residents in both their own clinic and in my office.

On call duties consisted of supervising obstetrics and gynecology residents in both the OR
and Delivery Room. Albany Medical Center is a tertiary referral center and received a high
volume of high risk obstetric patients from eastern New York, Vermont and Massachusetts.

Collaborated on and participated in a unique program, in conjunction with Albany Law


School, that combined OB-GYN residents with senior law students in analyzing and
debating actual medical/legal cases.

Interim OB-GYN Residency Program Director July 1996 to June 1997.

Duties included:

Participation in the institutional governance of the GME program.


Maintain knowledge of and compliance with GME policies.
Maintain knowledge of and compliance with ACGME institutional and program requirements.
Preparation for ACGME accreditation site visit.
Assisting residents in securing post-residency employment either in private/academic practice or in
post-residency fellowships.
Ensure that residents comply with periodic ACGME Resident Surveys.

Supervised and directed third-year medical students during their OB/GYN rotations.
Evaluated and provided feedback to medical students on their OB/GYN rotation.
Taught a special six-week course during students’ OB rotation that divided the students

I served as an expert reviewer for the Office of Professional Medical Conduct for over ten
years from approximately 1990 until 2002. After obtaining my law degree, I represented
several clients before the OPMC with permission from the OPMC.
