3. How would an organization’s culture impact the organization’s effectiveness?

The organization’s culture helps in dealing with the environment surrounding the organization and be
able to adjust well. The success of leaders depends on their ability to understand the organization’s culture
because knowing about the organization’s culture means knowing the whole organization itself and these
can help them to easily solve problems because they know everything about the organization. On the
other hand, some negative impacts of organization’s culture would be its resistance to change because it
could result to some losses if the change not done is for the good of the organization.
