responsibility among individuals. These individuals take the role of employees,
entrepreneurs, customers and volunteers in later stage.
Supriti Misra & Damodar Suar(2010) in their research paper ” Does Corporate
Social Responsibility Influence Firm Performance of Indian Companies?.”

favorable perception of managers towards CSR is found to be associated with
increase in FP and NFP of firms
These individuals can be customers or employees and their view points on CSR
matters a lot.
2. Is company‟s CSR policy a factor that attracts you to join the company?
As we can see from the graph 46% of the people agreed to the fact that
company‟s CSR policy attracts them to join the firm which clearly indicates that
company should come up with innovative CSR projects. Thanal platform
created by the team could be of help here.
3. Will you be interested to join the CSR activities of the firm which you are
working?
Most of the people, also agreed to a fact that as future employees they would be
interested in being a part of company‟s CSR activities. This indirectly reflects to
increased employee engagement.
B. About volunteers:
We should have volunteers from public to help and support the CSR
activities initiated for the companies through Thanal platform.
Our research shows that most of the students in the age of 20-25 are interested
in doing volunteering during their free time and would love to be a part of
projects which makes a social impact.
