How to Import Custom Templates

Into Your GoodNotes Template

Library
GoodNotes lets you import any PDF or photo as a template into the template library so that you
can use it whenever you create a new notebook, or change the template subsequently in More
Options.

1. Tap on Options in the lower right of the library view and open Template Library

2. Either tap the + button in the upper left of the pop up to create a new category or open an
existing category. We are going to create a new category and are calling it "Cornell".
3. In the open category, select Edit and then tap on the + button in the upper left to import a new
template from any of the listed sources. We have saved the cornell notetaking templates as
PDF files in the Dropbox.

4. Once you selected the template, it will be available in your template library, where you can also
delete and move it.

Hint: The whole procedure works the same way for covers. Just switch to the Covers tab at the
bottom of the template library.
