The reason someone smokes
According to the data we get based on the results of our survey to adults and
university students. most of them smoke to help relieve stress, some people use cigarettes to
ease it. Smoking can make people feel calm easily. So the best way most people when they
get into trouble and pressure, they ease their minds with smoking.
Besides the second factor is the social environment can also be the reason someone
smokes. Visiting a party or a celebration triggers a person to smoke. Especially when they are
involved with alcohol. To reduce the cravings of smoking when sosialize, make sure you tell
your friends if you have stopped smoking. Socialization activities can be anticipated by
visiting the cinema, a walk or a gym.
And the third factor a person smokes to help reduce stress, some people use cigarettes to ease
it. Not only that, smoking is also often used for people who are undergoing a diet program.

As we know smoking is very harmful not to the smoker itself but the people around
him can be affected. In addition to damaging health and causing someone who smokes a
deadly disease, cigarette smoke also indirectly causes pollution and makes people around
smokers become uncomfortable, other than smoking continuously or can be called an
addiction can waste money at the present price cigarettes more expensive and various kinds
but still in demand by many people. Based on surveys we have done to adults and college
students, most of the survey finds that the negative impact of smoking is harmful to health.
As we know smoking can cause smokers to develop diseases such as heart disease, lung
cancer, mouth cancer, asthma and many more, which can cause death to the smoker itself.
6
The second negative impact of smoking is the sense of dependence of the cigarette
itself Nicotine contained in every cigarette, is an adaptive substance that can cause addiction.
And of course this is prevalent if the more often a person smokes it will increasingly depend
on cigarettes. Due to this excessive dependence, some smokers are indebted to cigarettes in
stalls when they do not have the money.
In addition to the above effects of cigarettes also have an impact on the economic
state of the smoker itself as we know, excessive smoking habits can cause the financial
depletion due to smoking that can not stop As I have described above, smoking will cause
excessive dependence for active smokers, they will inevitably try to spend the money to suck
the bitter smoke.

smoking is to keep away self from alcohol because many get the urge to smoke when they are
