fast growing social enterprise in expanding renewable energy and CSR activities. RSF
currently has 250 field offices, 1500 employees and have installed 60,000 solar home
systems till date. To support its various activities, RSF is looking for competitive &
committed professionals for the following positions;
Head of Operation
Job Responsibilities
The position holds responsibility for the strategic development and operational
management of the company and will ensure that customer needs are satisfied and
that operational and financial targets are achieved.
This is a strategic and highly visible leadership role having the scope to propose and
deliver radical changes and to influence at senior level across the business.
Leading, co-coordinating, marketing, supervising of all field activities such as sales of
solar home systems, biogas plants, improved cooking stoves activities.
Developing sales, promotion, marketing, credit management and overall business
strategy
Responsible for appraising, developing and managing renewable energy opportunities
in Bangladesh market
Responsible for tracking on a weekly and monthly basis competitor activity, product
trends, volume and pricing to maintain competitiveness. Ensure high level of
customer service is maintained through extensive field visit
Monitoring sales, recovery, maintenance and inventory.
Supporting CSR activities.
Achieving the business plan through teamwork.

Job Responsibilities
This is a senior HR leadership position with responsibility for the overall
management of the HR function within the facility.
This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the direct supervision of HR staff in
the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, coordination of
employee training and organizational development.
Assisting RSF in achieving goals by recruiting and retaining an effective workforce
Responsible for overseeing general employment practices including interviewing
process, testing, participating in disciplinary actions and termination in accordance
with corporate guidelines
Leading facility efforts aimed at maintaining excellent employee relations
Plan, develop and administer HR policies & guidelines and responsible for overall
operations of the company
Manage all HR related jobs: Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, HR
Administration, Training & Development, Legal compliance / Code of Conduct, HR
Database
Manage the workforce of the organization in a deliberate way
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the policy and procedure
manual and employee handbooks and the development of new policies as required
