Automatc Steel Plten Washing Machine

Operating Instruction
Installation Condition:

1、 Power Supply:3 phase 380V/1.5KW/25A

2、 Air pressure:NULL

3、 Insyallation dimensions(mm): 1700(L)×800(W)×1700(H)

4、 Equipment need separately space,which has the good function of

exhaust to prevent the accumulation of flammable gas cause

dangerous.
1.Getting Started

Confirm the following items before start:


1)switch state of manual valve before running to prepare.
Energize:open the door of distribution box,make main circuit breaker【ON】.
The touch screen operation panel will show as follow after a few seconds:

A few seconds later,it shows MENU. Alarm when abnormal.

PressMENU, exception information shows on ALARM.

After abnormal state eliminated,press RESET on touch screen to reset the alarm.

2.Nonnormal stop switch


Set on the panel,stop all manual/automatic operation when 【 O N 】 .Reset
nonnormal stop switch to the right rotation and unlocked.

Operation Mode:
①operation mode:selecte operation mode
switch MANUAL and AUTO can switch each other.Afer power is on,press MANUAL
SCREEN to directly access manual interface.If auto interface needed,press AUTO first,then
pressAUTO SCREEN.
②manual interface:Manual operation interface will be allowed into after pressed MANUAL
(manual operation interface see the next)。
③auto interface:Auto operation interface will be allowed into after pressed AUTO(auto
operation interface see the next)
④setting interface:press in SETTING SCREEN,to set a specific time and etc.(specific operation
see below).
⑤abnormal interface:into the interface of alarm history which pop up while alarm occurs
(specific operation see below).

① Spray Control : Control spray-wash water jet moveing forward and backward,button
highlight after perssed, press again to stop.
※ Open the associated valve,otherwise pressure will be insufficientand and irremovability.

※ Operation of backward is interconnection with wind shear,return wind shear to origin before

backward.

② Blower Control: Control blower moving forward and backward, button highlight after
perssed, press again to stop.
※ Open the associated valve,otherwise pressure will be insufficientand and irremovability.

※ Operation of backward is interconnection with spray-wash,return spray-wash to origin before

backward.

③ PUMP:Press when OFFturn to showON,start spray pump,press again to stop.

※ Open the associated valve,otherwise pressure will be insufficientandor to high,to damage the pomp or
other abnormal condition.

○ Blower:Start the blower.Press to open,press again to close.

① automatic operation: Press button to spray and dry.Function of this button is


equal to start button on operation panel.
②stop: Press button to stop automatic operation. Function of this button is equal
to stop button on operation panel.
③ ZRN:Reture spray-wash and wind shear to origin.
④ Spray Residue: Show the residual time of spray.
⑤ Blower Residue: Show the residual time of wind shear.
3-4 Setting Screen

① Spray time setting:Set up spraying time.Max:99 M 99 S.


② Blower time setting:Set up drying time.Max:99 M 99 S.
③ Movement monitoring time:Set up movement monitoring time of spraying and wind
sharing.If movement duration beyond setting time,sound the alarm.
3-5 Alarm Interface

Specific information will be displayed on the error that occurred during the screen
when an exception occurs,but also sounded the alarm.

PressBUZZER STOP,alarm stops.

After eliminating abnormai,press RESETto release the abnormal alarm.If the exception

does not rule out,can not be reset,in the case of abnormal situation can not be washed
action.

Press MENU:return to menu.


Alert Message & Contermeasures:

001 Spary forward abnormalities:


Spray unit failed to move to the forward position in the set monitoring time.
(1.Check if the forward end of the limit switch damaged;2.Check the spray drive
motor)

002 Spary backward abnormalities:


Spray unit failed to move within a set period of time to reverse positiong
monitoring.
(1. Check if the backward end of the limit switch damaged;2. Check the spray
drive motor)

003 Blower forward abnormalities:


Wind shear unit failed to move within a set period of time to monitor the forward
position.
(1.Check if the forward end of the limit switch damaged;2.Check the blower drive
motor)

004 Blower backward abnormalities:


Wind shear unit failed to move within a set period of time to reverse position
monitoring.
(1.Check if the forward end of the limit switch damaged;2. Check the blower
drive motor)

005 Spray pump overload error :


Spray pump overload(thermal relay 1.3A).Please check the spray pump.
Outlet pipe is not smooth.

006 Threshold exception:Please check door limit switch.

007 Insufficient level exception:


Resevoir level lower limit,or lower sensor damaged.

008 Perform reset:


Spray unit and blower section is not in original position,manually scroll to
the origin of the two.
(Spray unit origin is at the front,blower at the rear portion origin.)

009 Emergency stop abnormal:


Emergency stop switch is pressed.(Rotate right reset the emergency stop switch.)

010 Blower exception

Blower overload,please check the blower.


Use Safety Tips:
1.Do not leave sensors,solenoid vlves and other electrical parts in contactwith water
or iterms likely to cause product damage.
2.Non unrelated person to open distribution cabinet,or unauthorized changetowiring
or use the machine to avoid unnecessary risk and harm.
3.Any device-related questions,please contact us,please do not
dismantleunauthorized changes to equipment or equipment-telated items.If do so ,the
company is not responsible for damage or accidents.

Guidebooks:

1、Before the filter cartridge reach the alarm value or one month after installation,it

must be replaced.

2、 Y type filter must be cleaned once every 2 to 3 days.

3、 The cleanng liquid tank can be recycled while periodically clear the bottom

according to usage.

4、 Transmission parts must be checked every month to change oil.

5、 Check regularly clean up the cleaning liquid tank liquid level monitored by stain

of transparent hose.

6、Every day after using the device:①Blow dry the water on the guide rail and

screw with air gun.②Dry the guide and screw with cloth.③Lubricating oil on

the driving part.
