Dear  all,  
 
We  are  in  essence  a  platform  for  the  exploration  of  all  kinds  of  ideas,  issues  and  diverse  
viewpoints.  We  understand  that  members  of  our  audience  sometimes  disapprove  of  our  
guests,  including  our  most  recent  one  –  Jordan  Peterson.  Nevertheless,  our  invitations  
should  never  be  considered  as  an  endorsement  of  their  respective  views,  nor  do  we  pay  
our  guests  any  fees  for  attending  the  interviews.  
   
Prof.  Peterson  has  recently  been  involved  in  much  of  the  discussion  around  key  issues  of  
our  time:  issues  related  to  society,  justice,  equality  and  identity.  Not  only  have  his  ideas  
been  influential  in  this  day  and  age;  but  his  rise  to  fame  -­‐  in  our  eyes  -­‐  in  and  of  itself  
represents  the  conflicts  that  exist  within  our  society.  We  don’t  want  to  ignore  these  
developments,  but  instead  address  them  by  entering  into  critical  discussion  with  Prof.  
Peterson.  
 
We  understand  that  many  of  you  are  very  invested  in  this  topic  and  for  that  reason  we  
have  decided  to  alter  our  standard  format  by  including  an  additional  Q&A  of  20  minutes  
after  the  interview.  
 
In  that  way,  we  try  to  ensure  that  everybody  that  has  questions  for,  or  wants  to  enter  
into  discussion  with  prof.  Peterson  is  able  to  do  so.  We  have  explored  the  possibilities  of  
having  a  second  guest,  but  due  to  time  constraints  we  have  decided  to  maintain  the  
current  format.    
 
We  are  a  committee  that  is  always  open  for  ideas,  suggestions,  worries  or  advice.  All  of  
us  walk  the  same  hallways,  so  if  you,  being  a  professor,  student,  or  staff-­‐member,  have  
ideas  for  a  possible  session  or  have  ways  to  improve  a  particular  session,  just  walk  right  
up  to  us  or  send  us  an  email.
