REGULATION ORDINANCE NO. 2017-196

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THREE (3) PEDESTRIAN LANES ALONG NORTH

BALUARTE, MOLO, ILOILO CITY PARTICULARLY AT ZONE l, 2 AND 3

WHEREAS, Barangay North Baluarte, Molo have requested in writing for the
establishment of three (3) pedestrian lanes particularly at Zone I, 2 aod 3 of the said barangay;

WHEREAS, the establishment of a pedestriao lanes will not only be beneficial to the
residents of North Baluarte, :r...folo but also to the public at large~

WHEREAS, there is a need to pass ao ordinance for the establishment of three (3)
pedestrian lanes to service the needs of the said barangay as well as the general public.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Saogguniang Panlungsod of the City of

lloilo, that:

Section I. ~ Three (3) pedestrian lanes be established along Barangay North Baluarte,
Molo, Iloilo City particularly at Zone !, 2 and 3;

Section 2. - Attached herein is a sketch of the projected pedestrian lanes in the said
barangay a.aid Vvill senre as an integral paa-t of this ordinance;

Section 3. -Let copies of this ordinance be furnished to the Department of Public Works
and Highways (DPWH), Public Safety and Transportation Management Office (PSTMO) and
Office ofBarangay North Balnarte, Molo, Iloilo City;

Section 4. -This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
