Here are some of the things to you need to take into account when
writing you L .Plans:

1. Use this format for the aims: Of course, this is an example; the
content will change according to the specific aims for each session.
Example:
Aims:

Listening Part 1: introduction to task type; identifying keys ideas in Q; listening for
gist and for specific information; asking Q.

Vocabulary: Phrasal Verbs, eg. Get on with, do up, etc.

Reading and Use of English - Part 6: (introduction to task type; skimming for main
idea; using referencing and subject matters to place sentences.
2. You can use abbreviations but let’s make them all in the same way:

St Student
Sts Students
TB Teacher’s book
SB Student’s book
WB Workbook
Act. Activity
Ex. Exercise
p. page
Hmk Homework

3. “Further Suggestions:” BOX: The information here should be

related to giving extra practice, skip or add activities, suggest web
pages or state relevant issues.
4. “Additional Notes” box. It is meant to be a blank space for teachers
to add or comments on the daily teaching; so don’t use it now.
5. DATE: refers to the month/year you are writing the LPlan (so, now it
should be April 2016. ..And so on.)
6. If the template you are using has no HMK BOX, Open a new one.

This document is meant to be general info for everyone, so some of you

may already be doing these things; in this case, please, don’t take any
notice of them.

Thank you for all the effort and work to get this project on .I guess this will
be easier as soon as we get used to it.

Thanks.
