Luá nació en el 2014 por la necesidad de brindar prendas de

excelente calidad, siguiendo tendencias a costos muy bajos.
Somos fabricantes, distribuidores mayoristas y proveedores de
grandes tiendas virtuales y físicas a nivel nacional. Nos
caracterizamos por manejar insumos por encima del promedio .

• Adquiere mínimo 6 prendas, puedes escogerlas como tú quieras, manejamos

2 tallas, TALLA XS-S y TALLA M-L, en los colores que quieras según los
disponibles en el textil correspondiente a cada prenda, los encuentras en la
parte inferior de todas las imágenes.

• El envío del pedido se cancela contra entrega en la mayoría de destinos,

este costo es dependiendo el tamaño y peso del paquete por eso mismo no
podemos decirte con exactitud el costo final, es importante que nos indiques
la ciudad en la que estas para confirmarte la información y en caso tal, el
costo del envió que debe ser cancelado junto con el pedido.

• Si al momento de realizar tu pedido se te indica q esta disponible una

referencia en dicho color, pero en el momento de despachar el pedido esta
agotado el textil, se te enviara la misma referencia pero en diferente color.

• Deben ser MÍNIMO 6 PRENDAS, las cuales puedes escoger como

quieras, (NO TIENEN QUE SER 6 DE LA MISMA REFERENCIA).

• NO HACEMOS DOMICILIO CON PAGO CONTRENTREGA, todo se

maneja con envió con transportadora, lo único que cancelas cuando
recibas el pedido es el envío, el pedido debe estar cancelado en su
totalidad para que ingrese a producción.

• SOMOS FABRICANTES, por lo tanto, no se hace más descuento a las

prendas sin importar la cantidad, el precio es el mismo para 6 o 100
prendas.

• TODAS LAS PRENDAS salen con marquilla de Luá, si es tu decisión quitársela al

momento de recibir tu pedido, no hay inconveniente.

• NO TENEMOS DISTRIBUIDORES AUTORIZADOS A USAR EL NOMBRE DE Luá ,

SOMOS LOS ÚNICOS QUE DISTRIBUIMOS ESTE CATÁLOGO.

• NO SE REALIZAN PRENDAS PERSONALIZADAS, esto incluye la solicitud de

prendas más largas y etc.

• NO MANEJAMOS SISTEMA DE ABONO, las prendas deben estar canceladas

en su totalidad para que ingresen a producción.

• Las prendas se manejan ÚNICAMENTE en los colores q están en la parte

posterior de la foto.

• Si tu pedido es de 6 a 10 prendas, el tiempo en q

lo recibas será de 5 días hábiles.

• Si es de 11 a 16 prendas, será de 7 días hábiles.

•Si es superior a 16 prendas, lo recibirás en un

plazo de 12 días hábiles como máximo.

NOTA: En los días hábiles no se cuentan

sábados, domingos ni festivos.

• Si estás en BOGOTÁ te recomendamos realizar el pago por BANCOLOMBIA ya

sea por consignación o transferencia, de lo contrario puedes realizar un giro por
Efecty, Baloto, Gane o Paga Todo, enviando el valor LIBRE (tú asumes el costo
del giro).

• Si estás FUERA DE BOGOTÁ te recomendamos realizar el pago por EFECTY,

BALOTO, GANE O PAGA TODO ya que el costo es menor, por el banco te cobran
$12.000 de comisión bancaria , también puedes realizarlo por trasferencia
desde cuenta de ahorros BANCOLOMBIA (NO BANCO FÍSICO).

•LOS PAGOS REALIZADOS EN ESTABLECIMIENTOS DIFERENTES A LOS

QUE NO GENERAN COBRO Y QUE ESTÉN FUERA DE LAS
RECOMENDACIONES, GENERAN UN COBRO EL CUAL TÚ ASUMES,
DEBES ENVIAR EL MONTO LIBRE.

planos , todos los materiales son elásticos,
gruesos y varían según la prenda.

IMPORTANTE: Las prendas publicadas en

estampados, están disponibles en cantidades
limitadas (pregunta por disponibilidad).

Varían según el tipo de prenda,

manejamos precios desde $12.000 hasta
$30.000, en este catálogo encontraras las
prendas divididas por precios, para que
puedas escoger según tu presupuesto, ten
en cuenta que es el costo total de la
prenda, no incluye envío y es precio
unitario.

•Se realizan únicamente cambios por talla, NO por referencia,

(LA PRENDA DEBE LLEGAR EN PERFECTAS CONDICIONES) te
aconsejamos estar muy segura de las tallas que pedirás ya
que los envíos serán asumidos por ti, los cambios se realizan
máximo DOS días hábiles posteriores a que recibas tu pedido,
si ha pasado más tiempo, no se realizara el cambio, NO SE
REALIZAN DEVOLUCIONES DE DINERO BAJO NINGUNA
CIRCUNSTACIA.

•Una vez hecho el pago del pedido no se aceptan cambios
