the sixth edition of The International Conference on „Global
Economy under Crisis” held between November, 28th-29th 2018.
The venue will be the University’s site, 1st University Alley,
Constanta, Romania.

REGISTRATION FEE
The participation fee is 50 EURO or 250 lei/paper and
75 EURO or 375 lei/two papers (with the same author), and it
covers the paper’s online publication and access for one author to
the conference sessions and the gala dinner. Additional co-
authors wishing to attend the event will pay a fee of 25 EURO or
125 lei/participant. Attendees who choose not to submit a paper
for presentation/publication will be charged a single fee of
50 EURO or 250 lei.
Transport and accommodation expenses will be covered by
participants.
The conference package will be available only for the
authors who attend.

PAPER FORMAT AND PUBLICATION
Papers submitted to the scientific event will be published
in the Ovidius University Annals. Economic Sciences Series -
Vol. XVIII, Issue 2/2018 indexed in the RePEc, DOAJ,
EBSCO, CABELL, ULRICH'S, J-GATE, Index Copernicus,
Scientific Indexing Services, INFOBASE INDEX and
ResearchBib international databases, inclusively ERIH PLUS
– database agreed according to criteria established by the
National Council for Higher Education Financing.
All submissions are subject to a peer review process.
Papers will be evaluated for significance, clarity, contribution
and originality, being checked against plagiarism with
specialized software.
During the conference the presentations will be delivered
in English and each section will have at least two scientific
referees.
For each author no more than 2 papers will be accepted
as sole author or co-author.
The papers must have up to 6 pages (minimum 4) and no
more than three authors. They will be written exclusively in
English, following exactly the instructions attached and the
recommended structure, including: the context of the research,
the aims of the paper, an overview of the scientific literature in
the field of the topic, details about the research methods used
by authors in obtaining results, substantiation of the achieved
results, conclusions and a list of references.
For a paper to be published is necessary: to comply
with the instructions above, to meet the deadlines, to receive
acceptance by the Scientific Committee, and payment of the
participation fee. The paper will be accompanied by the
Registration form attached to this invitation.
