In the standard edition, the semi trailer is generally equipped as followed :

an API adapter for each compartment with a shut position detector

a MEMOPROD Stand Alone Sealing Computer

a ticket printer

a sealing device for the upper side of the tank :
- on top loading tanks : sensors lock manholes
- on bottom loading tanks: a mechanical device prevents the product access; shutter with TIR
cable, etc ...

Standard operation :

Electronic Sealing real time permanent control

Last opening date and hour is stored, and only then the compartment closing may happen

Each compartment state is edited (sealing data: date and hour)

Optional operation :

Vacuity Detection : vacuity automatic control, backup of the last drying out followed by a wetting,
compartment state (empty/ not empty) and delivery receipt

GPS connection : geographical position is stored whenever a trigger event may occur

GSM/GPRS : through a specific software, the transmission is done at the end of delivery
Standard kit and additional equipments

The API adapter is equipped for sealing

control. It is equipped with specific
sensors:
⇒ a shut position sensor.
⇒ an optional vacuity detector.

The coupler is “electrically isolated”
from the tank in order to read the
electric TAG during tank truck loading
operations and during the products
unloading at the gas station.

The MICROCOMPT controller is Ex-Proof EEx

directly on the valve wrap and protected from
external water falls.

transformations).
 Product Pollution Prevention Option

The product loaded in the loading terminal and expected by

the gas station is identified on the electric TAG on the loading
arm position and the information is transfered to the TAG.
Delivery unloading is only authirized if both product TAG data
are strictly similar.

Alternative version : The gas station

is equipped with differentiated
couplings (mechanical proofing).
The TAG matches the product

Only small modifications on each tank are sufficient to

perform a real 100% automatic “Product Pollution
Prevention” function.
